Hotel Sol-Park

Was not expecting the hotel room to be as nice as it was! It was warm, very clean, and comfortable. There was a bathtub and a balcony with the view of the mountains. Staff were super friendly.

The beds were comfortable but they were two twin beds put together which kind of sucked because of the big hole in the middle and the beds moved apart very easily. Unfortunately no breakfast options were given for us as we are vegan/plant-based and they could not accommodate. Also unfortunate that the sauna/spa is not currently available. Also the walls are very thin so we could easily hear sound from other rooms.

This hotel was amazing - right next to the river and between the mountains. Only 10 min drive to La Vella and was located in a cute little city. Stunning breakfast with a lot of different things! It had a cute little "garden" where you can relax with a cup of coffee. The beds were incredible. We loved it a lot and would love to come back!

The only thing was that the Wifi wasnt very strong. Could only connect in the restaurant/reception area, didnt work in our room (2nd) floor. Maybe it's different on other floors...

The hotel team is super nice and helpful. Breakfast is regular on every day, however, everything is enough. The hotel is clean and nice. It has a beautiful garden and lovely views. We really liked the bar - very cozy and there is an artificial chimney which looked great! What was super convenient is that there is a parking in the backyard - no need to urgently look for a place to leave your car.

At the hotel location we have not found any bars or restaurants to have a meal nearby. However, the hotel offers pizza in the evening on request.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We liked breakfast on the terrace. The view from our balcony was great. The bed was comfortable. Parking was very convenient.

We had one of the rooms with a larger balcony, which was good, but meant that the room itself was quite small. The main downside was that the room was very warm, even though the outside temperature did cool down below 15 degrees overnight.

10 stars for the blond short hair receptionist! Always with a big smile and willing to help. But the remaining receptionists were super rude! Good shower, pillow, and mattress. Very clean

I didn't like the recepcionist (except the short blond hair). They were always staring at us, making us feel unwelcome. They need to learn more about customer service. Maybe the super friendly receptionist could give a course for them.

We really were impressed with the room and facilities. Having air con and toiletries was lovely. The breakfast each morning was great. Lots of choice and was very tasty. Friendly staff. Having an undercovered area for parking our motorbikes was great too and not too expensive for the days we stayed. Superb value for money

Nothing we didn't like.

Staff is friendly and the room is quiet and clean. I also had a very good view to the Andorran mountains from my room. Breakfast was good. You can make great hikes in these mountains from the hotel (Auvigna!)

Sant Julià is a rather dull village in which there is little to do and there is no great choice of restaurants. Fortunately there are regular buses to Andorra la Vella with a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

Cleanliness. The friendliness of the staff. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was good, three types of coffee ( Nespresso, electric machine and freshly ground coffee machine), fresh crushed tomato for the “ pa amb tomàquet”. The possibility of parking for 5€.

The WiFi hardly works in the room. It would be great to improve the quality of yoghurt and more cereal options (oat, quinoa…)

Overall a good experience and great value for money. Most importantly the rooms were very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was varied.

The lack of air conditioning in 2 of the 3 rooms we were allocated. The weather was very hot and made sleeping in those rooms a little uncomfortable.

No complaints, nice room, facilities, staff, (who spoke good English). The breakfast was really nice, lots of choice, perfect for a night's stop over.

If you stayed here for a week, you have to drive to appreciate what's around you. The Town is quite small, but does have everything you need.
