Very nice colonial house with a calm and charming interior patio/garden. The atmosphere is like staying in a private home, which in fact it theoretically is, though its owner, the famous film director Francis F. Coppola, rarely spends some time there. The staff is superb, they spare no efforts to make your stay comfortable. The location is superb for anyone who does not want to stay in the city centre. Palermo is a very nice residential area full of restaurants, bars and nice shops.

The place needs some refreshing. Bathrooms are somewhat outdated and little details in the rooms should be fixed.

I greatly appreciate their dedication, as it's rare to find such genuine care and attention to detail. As someone who values honest reviews, it's disheartening to come across low expectations and contrived taste. However, without a doubt, this hotel surpasses all others when it comes to accommodations in Buenos Aires. If you're planning a visit, I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Collin and his team will ensure that your stay is wonderful, creating lasting memories for you to cherish. This hotel truly embodies luxury and sophistication. Its unique charm and remarkable service make it a standout choice. I am grateful for the experience and can confidently say that this hotel deserves the highest praise.

This is an outstanding hotel. Colin and the Coppola team will do everything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is fantastic, the ambience is perfect.

We had a room at the front of the hotel and you either need to be very tired or late to bed if you want a good nights sleep. You need a room at the rear of the hotel unless you plan to arrive back at 5am every night. Nevertheless the staff and the service are so outstanding that this becomes a minor point of dissatisfaction.

The whole stay was fantastic. The staff were amazing from the moment you walk through the door. Colin, Ignacio, Roman and the rest of the team were first class and couldn't do enough to help you and make you feel welcome. Its like staying in a friends house. Can't recommend this highly enough. In my experience this stay was unique for a big city location.

We LOVED BE Jardin de Escondido! The hotel is charming and cozy, but the staff is what makes it so special. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious. We loved having a glass of wine in the living room each night before heading out to dinner in Palermo....such a vibrant neighborhood with so many great bars and restaurants within seconds/minutes of BE Jardin. Can't say enough about our experience!

The staff were excellent ! from the moment we arrived to departure, both times. Service was excellent. We loved the "B&B Feel". This was the 3rd of Coppola's hotels we have stayed at, first two in Belize where we live.

In the vibrant neighbourhood of Palermo SOHO this is the ideal spot to rest and enjoy Buenos Aires. The staff is very helpful, they handle everything you desire in a very friendly and helpful way, the breakfast is great! Wonderful experience.

Fantastic. Felt like being at home from the moment we stepped in. Facilities are great and it is what its name says, a hidden gem in Palermo.

There could be more availability of drinks and small eateries ready for guests

The staff could not have been more helpful. They went above and beyond multiple times for us. Thank you Gladys, Ignacio, Jose and all. The location is absolutely perfect and the breakfast was delicious.

The pool and balconies are both very small and won't really be a part of your stay at the hotel.

the rumbling of the AC unit over my studio room - but the late night attendant allowed me to sleep in an unoccupied room that was quiet. god bless him.
