Broadway Hotel & Suites

Excellent choice on a great location with good service. We liked the included breakfast, fast wifi, helpful front desk, and upscale rooms. Small pool on the roof is pleasant. Front desk can exchange crisp clean hard currency at the blue market rate.

Having a rooftop pool was amazing - a lovely way to chill after a busy day roaming around beautiful Buenos Aires! The location is also very central so easy to walk to Plaza de Mayo, the first stop of the Hop-on-Hop off bus. Both Recoleta cemetery and San Telma are a comfortable 40 min walk away especially if you stop for a coffee on the way! My room allowed me a view of the Obelisco which is the vente for celebrations like Argentina’s football matches or for protests so it’s a very happening spot!

There is no bar/café to chill in over a coffee/drink - this can be particularly nice for solo travellers. Also there was no kettle in the ‘suite’ - a microwave yes, but nothing to make a tea/coffee

Before and after a wonderful trip to Antarctica, we stayed a few days in Broadway Hotel & Suites in Buenos Aires. We couldn't have made a better choice. It is always very personal how one experiences a hotel, In our case it fulfilled all our wishes. The hotel is ideally located, right in the center of town. The rooms are very spacious, over 40 m2 with the necessary amenities. Downside was a creaky bed. The breakfast is excellent. The employees are customer-friendly, and I would like to mention Juan in particular. This friendly, helpful Front Desk Manager speaks fluent English, advises the customers, arranges all kinds of things for them and is therefore incredibly important to the guests. The next time we visit Buenos Aires, we will definitely book again at Broadway Hotel & Suites Onderkant formulier

The Broadway Hotel and Suites felt comfy and cozy like a bed and breakfast but was a full service hotel. The rooms were nicely designed and decorated. The breakfast was excellent and the front desk staff went out of their way to help us with tour ideas, luggage holding, and late check out. I loved how they had their name stamped on the dishes. I would definitely stay there again.

My only suggestion would be for them to recommend the yellow hoho bus instead of the red hoho bus. The yellow buses were everywhere and had three routes. We had a hard time finding the red buses.

Great location to explore the city. I walked a lot! It is easier to find way back with the obelisk landmark. Spacious suite with a small kitchen area, very convenient if you have takeout food. Staff in general very friendly and helpful with one exception.

I need to go out for a takeout food order and it rained a bit, want to borrow an umbrella. A lady at front desk didn't want to lend me the umbrella. I had to insist on talking to a manager, then they gave me the umbrella..

The person who welcomed us on our arrival really made our stay and he even spoke Italian which is rarely spoken in Argentina! We really enjoyed the room, which was provided a few hours in advance of our check-in time, and the sauna, which can be used for free. The location is great as it is just by the Obelisk. We felt super safe as there was always somebody at the reception, even late at night.

The furniture is a bit old and the breakfast wasn't included in the price.

Great location, really excellent value for money. A great amount of space in the room and a comfy bed. Breakfast is decent.

The room was a little cold at night, felt like the window was not keeping out the cold or the noise from the street. REALLY would have appreciated a coffee machine or at least a kettle in the room. Also a bowl and cutlery (you had to request cutlery) instead of just two small plates and coffee cups, but nothing to make coffee with.

The hotel is very well located in a good neighborhood in Buenos Aires, the hotel room is big and air-conditioned. The pool on the rooftop is a big plus.

No restaurant available in the hotel, which is difficult traveling with a baby. No waterboiler available neither which is also difficult we weren't able to warm up the bottle for the baby. But if you're not traveling with a baby this hotel is absolutely perfect

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were great, good choice of quality breakfasts. Location  is ideal for exploring and close to metro , tango shows , restaurants etc. Only negatives. Fantastic  TV and channels but nothing in English language or with sub titles. We had to stream our own entertainment.  Also no coffee making facilities available.

everything was perfect

part of the reason i was staying at this location was because i was going to the ballet at teatro colon. i asked the staff specifically what time should i call for a taxi and they told me 30 mins before they would. when i went down they didnt have a taxi and then i was late. i asked them because they would know- i was dressed up so i just wanted to get a ride there instead of walking alone at night to and from the theater.
