Mio Buenos Aires

We were very happy we chose the Mio for our visit. The staff was fantastic - especially Marcelo at the front desk and Luna in the breakfast area. Marcelo was so helpful and friendly. And the breakfast was tasty, plentiful and well-stocked. Location is amazing - one block from Recoleta Cemetery and in the heart of the historic and elegant section of BA. Our room was big and our bed comfy. Appreciate that they keep our luggage after checkout.

I didn't love the massive curtains covering the window walls. Needed for privacy but were hard to move and kept the room so dark otherwise. Also didn't love having to walk through the toilet area to get to the shower.

The property was in a good location. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Fairly close to some points of interest. The staff for the most part was attentive. The room was a good size and had good climate control. There were tv programs in English which was a big plus. The staff for the most part all spoke English.

The WiFi in the rooms at some point did not work.

It is near the park that opens into Eva Perron’s cemetery. Food stores within a few blocks. Lots of restaurants and cafes. About 15 minute walk to main parks and about 20-25 minutes to Pink Palace. The staff is fabulous. Very helpful. Breakfast is a huge variety and very fresh. Steakhouse on site but I didn’t use it

My only complaint is I could hear the hall doors closing off and on. Not a constant so not sure why.

What we saw in the pictures was exactly what we found. Modern, top, trendy hotel. We loved it all. Rooms were huge, beautiful and the bed was truly confortable. The hotel is in the best neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Just 1 block of everything. We ordered room service and the food was outstanding. The staff was very professional and friendly. We’ll definitely repeat.

Breakfast was great, with a large selection of pastries, beverages, and items cooked to order.

Gabriel at the Front Desk was excellent. Although, I could not access the property the day I was supposed to arrive (due to a political speech held one block away where hundreds of thousands of people attended), he made sure I was welcomed and "compensated" for the inconveniences

the staff were wonderful! the spa was great, the resturant delicious. the beds were very comfortable nice pillows! nice cotton sheets. I didn’t love the way they made the beds without fitted bottom sheets as they were tangled ever morning. also I wish the spa stayed open a to u but longer and there were a few more kid friendly options on the menu. the breakfast was incredible. overall nothing at all to complain about! only lovely things to say about the hotel. looking forward to returning.

location is fantastic with nice green Recoleta area is just few steps away. beds are very comfy and pillows and duvet are very good . room is spacious and nice and cool in a hot day

there only things I would like to point out is no lock on a toilet and door does not shut properly, also water in a shower is barely warm but there is hot water in a fabulous wooden bath .

Located in an area with good restaurants and stores. Not a crowded area but still close to Recoleta Urban Mall and walking distance to other neighborhoods.

Breakfast area too small for the number of apartments they have. Service and personnel are the best, but the area gets really congested during the morning.

Person at reception was extremey helpful with good tips and advice - saved us a lot of money. Room (junior suite) was very nice and roomy, well decorated with all facilities

Rooms are advertised as "with City View". However, the view was into a type of court yard looking directly into a close-by adjacent block of flats. You need to keep your curtains drawn...

Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the hotel has a very nice lobby area. Breakfast had lots of options, as well as lactose intolerant food. Friendly and helpful concierge. On our first day, our AC in the room wasn't working, and room was very cold (winter), they immediately called someone to fix it.

Bathroom is very small. Water would leak to the toilet area while showering.
