I liked most everything. The views of the lake form the rooms were amazing. The breakfast is good (but no scrambled eggs...). The bed, pillows, etc were very confortable.

There is no much control of the room temperature. We had to open a bit the windows since it was really cold outside, it made the room comfortable to sleep. The street entrance is a bit "hidden"... Google Maps has a street that doesn't exist mapped, which also didn't help to arrive there at the first time... But after you arrive to such a nice place, the path to it doesn't matter much.

Lovely hotel and really friendly staff! Our room was big and comfortable and had the amazing view over the lake, which you can also enjoy from the reception and breakfast area. Breakfast is a good selection of pastries, cereals and eggs - simple but what we needed. The hotel is slightly out of town but the 5 mins taxi ride cost less than 2000 pesos (c.£2) and the hotel and restaurants called the taxis for us so all very easy.

Nothing really we enjoyed our stay

We did not stay in the hotel room but in the chalet. It was perfect for the family! It has two small rooms, small kitchen and living room. The place was older, but very well kept and clean. The bed was comfortable, and place was daily cleaned. The hotel provided every morning continental breakfast, with plenty of food choices. Our room had balcony with nice view over the lake. It was beautiful stay!

As a person with gluten free diet, I did not find many choices in the breakfast option, but there were eggs daily made.

The suite is great, having a jacuzzi in the room is really nice, the view from the entrance hall is amazing. When we had an issue with the electricity the staff made sure to solve it quickly and try the best to make the jacuzzi work

unfortunately there was a bit of a problem with the electric system and the lights went off a couple of times. The breakfast is quite simple, i would have liked more variety and quantity.

The bungalow was the perfect spot to recharge after more than 24 hours of travel time. The hotel has an unbelievable view and easy access to the path along the water. I was able to get a 6 mile run in and felt very safe. The location is quiet, breakfast is included.

If you don't enjoy walking it may be a little far from the town center.

The views are amazing. The place is confortable. Luciana at the front desk is fantastic.

In the restaurant The View they must install a protective mesh or glass in the handrails. It is dangerous without that.

The hotel is a little outside the downtown area, but is easily reached per taxi. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful view of Lake Argentino. The staff is fabulous. Luciana speaks 5 languages and is very helpful with all kinds of arrangements. Would stay there again for sure.

Amazing view from the room and the lobby, very good restaurant (reservation needed), friendly staff, good breakfast with many options. We had a suite with whirlpool which was just perfect after hiking in the patagonian mountains. Also the reception helped us with booking a tour to the Perito Moreno glacier. Muy bueno!

The staff were amazing at communicating and anticipating our needs. The grounds were immaculate and the property itself was lovely with a couple of very friendly dogs around for extra companionship.

If we hadn't had our own vehicle it would have been a bit of a walk but totally doable to the restaurants on the main street. It's beyond worth it for the attention and treatment you get though.

Rooms were rather small. Breakfast was decent but in one morning we had to leave early 15 mins before official opening time and we were refused to get a coffee. Not a biggie but a little flexibility sometime goes a long way.
