Accessing the underground parking elevator with anything else than a small car is quite difficult. Exiting is even harder as you have to get to the elevator on reverse.

it's a new building, and the views from the rooms are beautiful.
The aire conditioner breakers were off when we arrive to our room, had to go down to the front desk to request somebody from maintenance to repair it (breakers where not at sight in the room). The parking gate did not work when we arrived and we had to leave the pick up loaded outside on the street for a couple of hours, we finally manage to get the car in the parking lot by driving on the wrong direction and entering through the exit while a employee from the hotel kept the door open. The garage has an car elevator, the elevator lowered a lot when we put the pick up on it... did not feel safe. Once we got to the parking... getting out of the elevator is almost impossible (terrible design), to leave the parking lot you have to drive in reverse to get in the elevator. One night we arrived from dinning at 10pm and the lobby... WAS CLOSE!!! we had to wait outside to get in the hotel for 20/30 minutes, while I was carrying my 4 year old son slept on my arms...very disappointing to get to a property like this and see that is not properly staffed (there was only 1 employee on site, and clearly that's not his fault)
