Holiday Inn Express Rosario, an IHG Hotel

How clean it was, everywhere. The staff were very pleasant and super helpful. And the location was great, plenty of places to eat and a short taxi ride into the shopping centre, had it not been so hot, we could have walked. I would definitely return here and highly recommend this hotel.

I honestly couldn't say there was anything I didn't like. And believe me, I always find something. Not this time, the whole experience was faultless.

Is comfortable, clean, safe and quiet place.

Following the hotel's brand, staff should be trained to keep in private conversations about personal matters, political and sports views in private, it was awkward, for 30 minutes. eating my breakfast listening to the staff in charge of the restaurant discuss about personal matters. Please back to basics regarding Holiday Inn all time slogan "We provide piece of mind"

breakfast was pretty good, a bit overcrowded but understandable due to holidays, well rounded, not incredible but the best part of the stay for sure. Bed was huge, bathroom was big and comfy, but a bit on the not greatly designed side.

the bed was huge and the pillows were fine, but the mattress itself felt a bit old, same with other furniture. Also the furniture's placement was a bit clunky, it's a kind of well sized room but it feels a bit misused, with everything kindda piled up together on one side.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Front desk was always willing to assist. Staff in breakfast area were excellent. They made us feel at home and well cared for.

No issues with anything.

the hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable, smells great! friendly staff, eager to help you all the time. Breakfast is great too. Also having the chance to have a parking is a double plus.

The TV system is not great, in my case the tv and cable system were not working. However, minor stuff, I don't have anything bad to say about this hotel.

The location was excellent and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. the staff could not have been more helpful. we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay by an extra couple of nights

we were in a room in the front overlooking the road which was quite noisy. if we stay again we’ll ask for a room at the back

The room is quite comfortable and the breakfast has many choices. Staffs there are all helpful when I asked them if it can be paid with Argentina peso. Several good asado restaurants are nearby, walk distance.

Room was great and spacious; beds were perfect; the staff were excellent; everything was very clean and comfortable.

That the restaurant only opens for breakfast. It would be nice to have the restaurant throughout the day even if it adds an extra fee.

Excellent hotel in a good location. Welcoming and helpful staff, room was clean and big.

Little bit of noise at night with room facing the road and WiFi was a little slow but nothing major.
