Wine Country Motor Inn

This was my second visit to the Wine Country Motor Inn, the reception staff are super friendly & professional, the rooms are very clean & are very well set out, the beds & furnishings are comfy, love the big TV, love that staff turned the air con on prior to my arrival, love how it's super quiet, also love the ease & convenience of the carded entry. Lastly love how centralised the accommodation is to everything & anything :)

It's missing the little things .. those little shampoos & conditioners, the packet of cookies, no mini bar treats .. thankfully every store you could possibly need is within walking distance.

We loved the space and cleanliness of the room. Plenty of room for 2 + a small child, with a cot and lots of suitcases! They were helpful finding us a taxi to our wine tasting tour and the location of the Inn to shops and restaurants was fabulous.

The only area for improvement was the cot. While we loved the fun duvet and the cute addition of a towel into the cot so he felt like our beds. There was no mattress for it so it felt like sleeping on the floor. I did managed to use a couple of spare duvets in the wardrobe to soften the base so our little one could sleep.

We stayed here one night after attending a performance at the CPAC. Excellent location, plenty of parking, elevator. Quiet room, little street noise.

I have arthritis in my hands and there was so little liquid in the toiletry containers I did not have the strength to expel the body wash, shampoo or conditioner. One tiny cake of soap supplied which had to do. Yes if I had rung or gone to reception they would have given me more soap but it's a bit late once you are in the shower and wet!

Location - convenient for meals etc to club next door. Rooms serviced daily Would have liked soap rather than body wash or inclusive. Towels fabulous and shower great.

The room booked was going to be relocated due to the lift out of service however we did not want shower over bath as this was not satisfactory for my travelling companion therefore we had to climb 2 flights of stairs and no offer of assistance by the reception. When checking in the person on reception was not friendly (older gentleman) and kept sighing and complaining about other staff as the fact we wanted a twin room seemed to inconvenience him. Only disappointing factor.

location is fabulous for convenient 2 minute walk to the Leagues Club, shops such as Aldi, Big W, cafes and Main Street. the queen bed was very comfortable, room very clean and security good for entry to motel at night. great water pressure in shower. Great hairdryer, iron and fridge .

only thing I do not like is the shower above the bath for my room type. For those with mobility needs, just enquire on booking to ensure this will not present a problem for you.

Great location, very close (walking distance) to a variety of shops and the leagues club. We were only there for 1 night for a function in Pokolbin which was a short 10 min drive. Older style accommodation but rooms clean, comfortable, and easy lift access. Was great to have 2 x TV's in the room - 1 for adults, 1 for kids!

Good for a short stay but room is quite small so wouldn't stay for a long period. Car park was outside and it was pouring rain when we checked out.

It was in walking distance to The League’s Club,department sores,food shops and cafes. It was comfortable,and the beds were huge..I would go back there again..

Our room didn’t have a bath.Maybe they have rooms with a bath,I just didn’t book it😢

convenient location, comfortable, near shops, very clean. Nice to have a breakfast on site. Room was spacious with a little table.

only no bench space at all in bathroom, and a dangerous door stop we kept tripping over. it was an accessible room but I’m sure a disabled person would like bench space. Coffee in breakfast room only lukewarm. everything else fine.

Perfectly located, room was clean and tidy, staff were welcoming. No mini bar only down side there is a fridge in the room just for milk., however there is a stocked vending machine in reception. Peking on-site was no hassle and the Leagues Club next makes for a nice evening or afternoon to relax at enjoying a nice meal or a couple drinks.

Not much not to like you have everything available for that weekend away or business travel

Close to all amenities. Price is affordable and worth it. The staff was very friendly. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to keep in your agenda if visiting surrounded areas. Excellent job! Thank you for such a great experience!

A simple suggestion would be to have access to a microwave in the room as this does not have a kitchen facility.
