Paradise Centre Apartments

You can't fault the location. Right above Cavill Ave and overlooking the Surfers Paradise beach. Perfect. You do need to enquire as to whether your room has a view though. Ours was good, but not exactly what was in the photos.

For the money you pay, a little more than the most basic of starter packs would be reasonable. Enough coffee to get you through a few days for starters. In addition, there were no face washers provided. Again, for the price, it's the little things that should be included that weren't.

The location is superb! Right in the heart of Surfer’s Paradise and the view from the balcony is amazing for sunrise and facing the beach! The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. To be honest, it was bigger than what we expected and the kitchen was well-equipped for our week stay. Will definitely come back here in future.

The toilet’s doesn’t have bidet 😅 but I figured it’s not limited to just this place.

the location is brilliant! Everything you need to right on your doorstep. we had ocean views & Cavill ave views which is better than facing the beach and you get the night city views which is beautiful. The pools area is lovely with heated pools and our apartment was spacious & the bed was comfy! The staff were also wonderful and met all our requests. We will be coming back again for sure with the rest of our family.

the only downside was the safe - we had no key to put our valuables in and have realised a $450 pair of sunglasses are missing. We are not blaming the cleaning staff but we also can’t be certain as we weren’t able to lock our valuables up & if so, we would know it was us that lost them.

Fantastic location. Close to Cavill Ave and all shops and cafes. Facilities such as pool and gym are good.

Property could be a lot cleaner. Amenities within the room were very ordinary and not very clean. Tap in kitchen was loose, the shower head in the ensuite shower was like someone was sticking pins in your head, the aircon was VERY loud and the control was not working. Temperature was set at 18 and you couldn’t adjust.

Location was very close to everything, view was great, didn't use the pool as I'm not much of a swimmer. But my apartment was quiet and peaceful for the most part.

During the second half of my stay there were some noisy folk next door, the sound of the TV was bleeding through the walls a bit. The foxtel in the room was also not easy to navigate

Great location, friendly staff, good facilities gym, pool, spa, sauna, tennis court. We were a group of 10 staying in 3 apartments, we had a great time, right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. The beach and Cavill Ave right on the doorstep. Gym facilities easy to access and use, pool and spa were a good way to end the evening.

Location was amazing. Staff were happy and helpful.

In the unit we stayed the bathroom sink took a long time to drain and there was mould in the grout of the tiles in the shower. The air conditioner controls were in a cupboard on a big ancient a/c unit and not really clear as the instructions weren't relevant to the model in our unit.

LOCATION!! Pool! Views! Amazing value for money. Great sized apartment.

Unfortunately there was quite a bit of mould on the ceiling and in a couple of aircon vents which is concerning. Can also be really noisy at night if there are street performers below (play some noise on your phone to drown it out!).

Great location so close to everything we wanted to do, staff were very helpful and friendly. lovely heated pool.

If I have to say anything which it’s hard to fault it would be..Stayed for 3 nights and only two rolls of toilet paper in our room for 3 Adults and 2 children and zero tissues.

We had booked several months early and asked for a higher room but received ground floor room We rebooked for a further 3 nights through another agent and received an 18th story room with a view
