Hampton Villa Motel

Good size room, parking available, pool, washing mashine & dryer available ($5 washing machine & $3 for 40min for dryer) owners are very polite & helpful, only booked for 2 nites but ended up staying 6, good location, easy to walk places, lots of takeaway restaurants within walking distance as well as Coles supermarket, also pubs offering meals

Couldn't watch all channels on TV as reception terrible even rescanning channels did nothing

Good location - restaurant attached had menus at office but they should be in the rooms. Pool was not advertised however it is a feature as well as play area for kiddies (which was utilised by someone else)

single bed mattress was too soft - bathroom needs exhaust fan or some kind of ventilation - plenty of room for storage however wardrobe was not functional (could not open the door)

Very large room, very accommodating room. Staff nice and friendly, pool area clean and lovely. We had previously stayed here and they put us in same room that was nice. Slept 5 people great. Full size fridge in room.

Toilet is located too close to the shower. Larger person struggles to sit on it comfortably, tiles in bathroom very, very slippery when wet. (That can't be helped of course) Didn't like that my card was charged before i arrived.

The room was clean and tidy. We were happy with this accommodation. Parking was easy, and the address was easy to find on Google maps. We would stay here again.

The room had a musty smell but cleared up, maybe it needed an aircon service or the room to be aired out. There were no signs of mould or mildew

Due I suspect to COVID-19, all communications with the motel were by phone, we recieved an SMS with all the details of the room allocation and the key, and the two call I made were handled without any issue. There was no requirement to deal face to face. The room was comfortable and warm and quite, the air conditioner was already turned on when we arrived. I had an excellent nights sleep after many hour of driving. A well run facility.

I liked that there was a kids play area. The bed was comfortable and pillows were very comfortable too. Very spacious rooms. We had two different rooms and both spacious.one room was a disabled room and they even had a chair in there for any clients which I liked very much, it showed that they thought it through about someone not being able to stand much 😀😀💚. A bit of wear and tear but it was good stay. Nice pool

In the kids play area there's a tree, it needs to go as it drops little seeds/beads that are no good for babies to eat. We had to keep moving baby away from tree, which was right next to the play house. no breakfast menu unfortunately, which we would of loved on our last day, but oh well 🤷🙂. And the car parking wasn't great at all, not a fan of that, too many bigger cars like 4WDs taking to much space up. The tiles in the pool need to be changed , as they are slippery, but in saying that there is a big sign that tells you that they are slippery.

The staff member who was on duty when we checked in was so kind and helpful. We had an issue with our TV and he went straight away to go and purchase a new one for the room. No hesitation.

My bed was a bit too firm for my liking. It was a double bed in the family room

Great service and parking, very friendly staff and the added on restaurant was great for a good meal. The pool is great also.

The bathroom lights didn't work, there was some kind of stain on the ceiling and the shower floor didn't look that clean.

Room was tidy, bed comfy, staff friendly and attentive. Will stay again as it’s a really good location and price.

Only downside was the shower heads were broken, we stayed 2 separate nights in 2 separate rooms and both were broken so it makes using the shower difficult.

Warm freindly greeter , the suggestion of where to buy some morning breakfast was great.

I had a weird experience with the coffee cups. Not sure if there was a cookie stuck inside them which there was a blob of something in it early in the morning when I poured my hot water from the kettle ,coffee sachet ,half a sugar and milk. I cannot be sure what it was so I remaid the coffee and it was better.
