53 on Victoria

The apartment was perfect for our group of 3 adults & a 1 year old. Having washing + cooking facilities was great. Hosts were very easy going & understanding of how our schedule worked with a baby & had no issue accommodating different timings for room servicing. Very convenient location, walking distant to supermarket, parks & the main shopping area.

The wi-if connection was a bit patchy & signal strength not great - however as I was on vacation it wasn’t a major issue, but could be a concern for anyone that needed to work while travelling. I suspect it is more related to the Internet Service Provider, than the on-site network.

Loved that Kylie sent us a text to let us know our room was ready 2 hrs earlier than the 2 pm check-in time. The Business Suite was absolutely superb, with every possible requirement met with great style and comfort. We couldn't find one thing they hadn't thought to include, and they included many things we wouldn't even think we required. Kylie suggested we go round the corner to the Garden Centre for breakfast - so good, with the most incredible gift shopping and glorious plants and flowers.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like.

It was in a great location, and the property was immaculate. The amenities were spotless, little touches like wrapped toilet paper and nicely presented bath towels. The main bed was SUPER comfortable and no complaints from the others! Excellent value and comfort.

One car space - especially as there was 6 bed spaces. However, management were very accomodating and resolved our request / we were 4 women travelling so couldn’t park on the street for safety.

Lovely decor. Very quiet. On site parking. Thoughtful touches like the coffee plunger and teapot, armchairs, extra towels, presentation excellent. Would recommend. Staff not on site but attentive - Kylie? Was able to arrange a closer car park for us, by text, for which we were most grateful. All in all a really pleasant stay.

Just a few small things. We found it hard to shower without flooding the floor with water, although we did get better with practice . The showerhead couldn't be adjusted using the sliding rail provided, probably an earlier installation. Could you provide a basic squeegee? I'd be happy to use it to remove the water on the floor...

Wow, what can I say about 53 on Victoria. It was superbly decorated with all the mod cons and the bed was absolutely awesome….so comfortable. The towels were soft and the bed linen was exquisite. There were only had 6 units, so this was such a find for us and we unfortunately could only stay the one night. Wished we could stay longer….perhaps next time.

The noise from the motor bikes who arrived late and left early making a lot of noise.

This property really exceeded expectation. I was looking for a country getaway but without getting rustic. The executive suite lived up to its name in every way. Beautifully furnished, modern and incredibly spacious. The location is great, right in town and within walking distance of everything. The staff were very professional and respectful of your privacy.

Nothing. Everything was perfect

We really enjoyed the large size and decor of the room. There were two air con units which were very effective. The room was spotlessly clean. The towels and bathroom supplies were generous and luxurious including robes in the wardrobe. The shower was a rain shower and was large. The room was in two sections with sumptuous beds/pillows in one and a lounge and chairs in the other facing the tv. There was a good size kitchen area with laundry facilities and a dining table and chairs with large wine glasses and serviettes waiting on the dining table. The hosts were very friendly and helped get us to a great breakfast location 5 minutes walk away.

We were happy with everything at this property and it was great value for money.

On entering the room, we were stunned by how much space there was, the cleanliness, and the wonderful styling that made it feel we were staying in a 6 star hotel suite. The owners have included every facility you could imagine in the room and there was everything we could want there including high quality towels and toilet paper, not the cheap type you often get elsewhere!

Pillows were firm (which we like) but a bit too thick. Also, the mattress was probably due for replacement as it had a slope to one side! Minor issues though, as everything else was sooooo nice!

We liked many things about 53 on Victoria! The location, a few minutes walk from the centre of Warwick. The decor, comfort and and practicality of the studio where we spent four nights. The generosity in the provision of linen and amenities and the friendliness of the hosts. Another nice touch is the fact that you receive an sms if your room is ready before 2.00pm.

Shower water spread quite far with only a curtain. Needed quite a few towels so floor around toilet was dry. There were plenty of towels in the room so wasn’t an issue, but I felt like I was creating more washing than need be.
