The place is quite unassuming from the outside, but inside was very clean and tidy, did not expect how clean and tidy the place was inside. Honestly the best money I've ever spent at a lodging. The place is much roomier than anything from a motel or even slightly more expensive lodging's we passed by in the area, with a small lounge area and kitchen and a balcony with a BBQ, more than enough room for 4 people!

Call ahead and see if you're able to book Unit 1 or 2, as these units have a view of the sea, whereas Unit 3 and 4 are blocked by trees. Other than that the place was honestly superb.

Excellent apartment with sea views and large balcony. Our host was welcoming and had plenty of suggestions on things to do. The apartment has everything you could possibly want for a few nights stay, plus lots of cooking essentials to make it easy to self-cater. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. We were very impressed and would be happy to return.

Lack of toiletries.

What an amazing experience we have here. We come on winter days with cold winds blowing all day and we did not ever feeling cold inside the house! The house even completed with electric blanket for the added warmth. My kids were literally crying once we need to check out the property because they love staying here so much. The bunkbed, the beautiful garden view, the big balcony that connected to the shared bbq, the beautiful kookaburra that stop by to our balcony, all are the amazing experience my kids have and loved. The size of the house is perfect for four of us. Two adults and two kids. Also not to mention the amazing hospitality from Bob, thank you so much for everything! We surely gonna be back in the warmer months! :)

The setting was wonderful beautiful view and it caught the gentle sea breeze absolutely fantastic. The cabin was wonderfully well equipped and spotlessly clean. The host was having medical treatment whilst we were staying but despite that he made sure our stay went perfectly. A really great vacation spot.

I really cannot think of anything that I would want to change.

House was so cleaned, very organised. The care taker and owner was very welcoming. They have provided everything in the house but of course you will buy your own food. I love sitting at the back veranda while drinking coffee and enjoying the beautiful view.

The cabin is clean and well equiped. Location is great and the view is so spectacular. The host is so friendly and helpful. Lookout Holiday is a real hidden treasure, great value for money. Surely we will be back for longer stays. Thank you very much Robert for making our trip so comfortable and memorable.

The view was spectacular, and waking to the sounds of birds singing was truly lovely. Robert, our host was very helpful and hospitable, he referred us to the nearest hospital/clinic when our daughter cut herself and needed stitches. We'll definitely be back!!

We woke up a few times to find dog poop near the entrance to our unit which we had to clean up. My teenage kids found that in the location there were not many footpaths to walk on.

A lovely unit in an excellent location with a great view. Very well equipped with everything required. Above average furnishings and fittings and a very helpful and courteous host. Would definitely return and recommend highly.

The host was pleasant and recommended things to do. The bed was comfortable, the unit was spotless and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked with equipment. The shower was great and water hot..

there wasn't anything we didn't like

This property is so thoughtfully set up & fitted out. I needed to do some cooking for a family event and all the equipment I needed was there. The whole property is comfortable, great set up indoors and outdoors.
