beautiful location, ideal for children with plenty for them to explore. The kangaroo spotting was an added treat for them

there was a wedding held on the premises from 4pm which was quite lovely to see however the noise travelled into the night until 11.45. we wouldn’t have minded if we had been informed, however after paying full school holiday rate, expecting peace & tranquility according to the accomodation strict rules for no noise in the chalets after 10pm we felt it was a bit ‘steep’ to not have been informed or offered a slight discount for the night of the wedding booking

Location - close enough to the centre but far enough away to feel like a country retreat. The room exceeded expectations - it was huge. The description online didnt show a bath so hadnt prepared by bringing anything, but i purchased in Margaret River... and the lack of room service options. Other than that the room was amazing, very clean, great staff, easy to navigate, fabulous grounds.

staff member who checked us in: no smile, no warm welcome. I missed her name but she need a bit more training and input how to welcome brown colour guests. accommodation was very clean but my apology to owners and manger…. the accommodation was full of cockroaches and killed at least 6 myself. A 4 star rated accommodation need to fix this issue as well. these are not insects coming in from outside but these are living in your sofas, bed frames, under fridge and washing machine. this was disappointing.

Everything. It's a cozy large cabin in the middle of a beautiful natural environment with modern amenities. The tv has to be the biggest I've had in a hotel room, the spa bath was divine and the kitchen is fully functional. My favourite has to be the sounds of nature in the night and early morning but when doors are shut, it's whisper quiet. I am looking forward to our next stay

Hubby thought that the bed was a little too firm but I disagree

It was the perfect wedding venue for our son and our now daughter in law. We liked the accommodation, which was lovely and comfortable, and we both enjoyed seeing and hearing the wild birds and also seeing the wild Kangaroos, of which we have never before in there own environment as we have travelled from the UK. We have both said that a return would be nice on future trips to Australia.

There was nothing to dislike

Really nice quiet bush environment. Nice studio with all the equipment you need. Nice outdoor table. We had requested a lake view but there was a wedding and the wedding party had the chalets with the view. Our view was meant to be of the vineyards, but trees grown so the view was only 20 feet and of trees. Still very private though.

No shop or restaurant near by.

The property is beautiful and our villa was very comfortable. Fully self contained, very comfortable bed, spa bath and the surroundings were serene. I would definitely recommend for a romantic couples getaway!

It’s a little far out from Margaret River town so you need to by all your food in advance. You definitely need a car to get to town. I also think the property should have a proper coffee, snack machine / drinks machine on-site too.

This is a beautiful property located in a great spot to be able to explore the Margaret River area. The room was amazing with everything you’d need to be self sufficient. Woke up most mornings to a kangaroo or two at the back door, cooked up a delicious dinner on the BBQ and enjoyed a spa bath.

The only teensy issue was the pillows. They were quiet flat and they weren’t any spares in the room. Negligible though

Beautiful location, beautiful lake, beautiful Forrest. Everything is beautiful. Equipment are good. Nice and quite. Kid love spa bath.

Floor is not clean with dust on it. We step up like we walk outside without shoes. Bedroom carpet have a lot of white dirt on it, looks slightly terrible. There is no tissue refill and only less than half box when we arrived. Internet is disaster. Have lots of ant visit behind a/c, we clean it up with chemicals provided. In total, great place to stay

Peaceful and beautiful. Great location. The park surrounding the chalet is absolutely breathtaking with exceptional 'flora and fauna'and great view. Very comfortable accommodation with extremely helpful staff, always happy to guide us.

There is no restaurant on site. But... well equipped kitchenette and terrace with barbecue. The bedroom is not separated from the kitchen/lounge.
