We really liked the place it was clean modern and had a pool and spa and quite central to where you wanted to be.

It has a phenomenonal pool and spa area which is a really big selling point and was what steered us to pick this place. I would highly recommend some shade however as it gets really hot and there is literally no shaded area in the pool area. Outside our room was an intersection which we got a lot of car lights shining into the bedroom and lounge area. It would be good if you had a dark window tint to prevent the lights and heat getting through. Our room also had no balcony and outside area whereas some do.

The apartment was clean, with large bedrooms and a big living area. The couch was a bit small to accommodate all of us but there were a couple of chairs as well. Comfy beds and good kitchen facilities. It was great to catch up with the washing as well and also had a clothes horse and a dryer. I also liked the extra touch of pool towels, and the pool had a spa which the kids enjoyed. So clean and comfortable we weren't ready to leave! Great place to re set for the next big drive up North.

Check in was a bit strange as we arrived at 10.30pm and the kiosk that we had to use felt kike it was breaking down. Didn't feel reassured we would get into the room but we did!

Located about a 5-minute walk from a lovely sandy beach (with showers and toilets) in the adjacent beach car park, this guest apartment hotel is close to perfect! It is a large complex of apartments immaculately kept with a helpful and friendly reception. Although the environment is a bit too much concrete it has a large 1.6m deep (and easily 15m long) swimming pool with sun loungers and a sauna too! Our apartment was superb. It had a microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery, big screen TV, excellent wi-fi, iron, ironing board, hair dryer - in fact everything you could need - and two lovely comfortable beds too! There was a couch for sitting and a desk for working. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and near perfect! Good security too with a gated entrance to the apartments themselves. We paid £95 for one night. Nearest breakfast was McDonalds just up the road!

The extra fluffy blankets were amazing!! lovely addition which made it the place feel more cozy. As well as the additional pillows in the cupboards if we needed. It’s definitely the little things that matter.

Nothing too major. Something that we would really love to see at properties is higher quality cookware or some available upon request. We cook at most places we stay at, as I am Coeliac and always bring our own pans. I believe this addition may be appreciated to some families.

Had asked for one of the studios I booked to have 2 single bed option, but was given queen bed. My adult children , male 22 and female 24 were not so comfortable with this I don't know if it would have been possible, but as we were one family it would have been nice to have two adjoining rooms eg 218 and 219, rather than 2 studios with different entrances And finally, this is not really a criticism, but a couple of sachets of hot chocolate would have been nice, as well as the tea and coffee.

Rooms are very well appointed apartments located in a large gated complex which is secure and safe. The apartment were clean and very comfortable with everything we needed. The patio area was huge and very private. The property is located a couple km's from town but is a great walk along the beautiful waterfront which we preferred to driving.

Unfortunately we were there during school holidays with many children about being very noisy in the rooms and driveways and over-running the pool, totally to be expected that this time of the year and it is just children enjoying themselves, but some parents don't even bother to respect other residents privacy and allow their children to run unsupervised.

Fantastic location - just off the beach. Just a short 5-minute drive from the main esplanade which has restaurants, beaches and a children’s playground. The two bedroom apartment was very comfortable. The staff was super friendly and warm

Good location, good facilities, the staff were nice and friendly.

Enjoyed our stay very much but if I had to pick negatives it's that, the two space car spots are very tight especially for a bigger car like we have and also the pool closes at 9pm but it's full of kids all day, I think it would be good if it was open from 9 to 10 or 11 adults only.

Rooms were very nice, loved the pool and the spa. Location was great. Very clean. Comfortable bed.

The furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable, kitchen a bit small.

My husband and I were pleasantly pleased with our room and had everything and more you would require for a pleasant stay. The room was clean and tastefully furnished. Cooking facilities were more than adequate. The only complaint would be the shower hose head which was difficult to find a decent spray. Congratulations------ would definitely stay again.
