The place is good but old, with good facilities and it's quite big

. The problem Is I booked in US dollars. When I arrived at the hotel, they refused me entry and asked me about the value of the reservation after converting the price in dollars according to the hotel price, not the international price. Booking only notified me of this when I called them.

The staff were friendly and attentive. Always ready make the stay comfortable. There is ample green space within the property to stroll around. The Gym, pool and sauna were well maintained. The property is in close proximity to the airport as well.

There were not much food options. Particularly, there wasn’t a good selection of local cuisine.

- The location and the area. - The pool was awesome. - The staff members were very nice and helpful. Especially Mr. Mamun from the reception. - Lovely food and dining facility. - The BBQ night by the pool was fantastic.

- The bathroom was too small. - The room lacked lighting. - Special rates need to be available for membership card holders. - Rate of the room was high compared to other 5 star hotels.

this was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Dhaka! from the service when being picked up from the airport to the return back to the airport. I cannot express how attentive to service everyone was and a special thank you to Nazir! his service really does make me and my wife come back and stay at this hotel.

Enjoyed the staff attitude which was very friendly and caring. People like Hoque (at the reception) and Nazmul (bell boy) have great service attitude and deserve appreciation.

The property should open up to help customers to order Uber or other Taxis. Hotel policy does not allow it at this stage but it should open up.

We enjoyed that they had activities such as couple massages, tennis, gym and sauna! Also the staff gave us very warm hospitality throughout our stay. Food was brilliant and room service was fast!

ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING properly when key was inserted. Events inside the hotel property sometimes made sounds till late night!

They should improve the wifi connectivity in the room because few times every day it disconnected and had to reconnect it often

Great staff, comfortable beds, great food. Need renovations. Zaman at reception was of great help .

The hotel is a little old, needs reno!
