The pool area was private and lovely
Access to the beach was locked. We eventually found another hotel who allowed beach access to us. There was a beach club that we were supposed to be able to visit. It was not near the hotel, was closed, and the hotel staff didn’t seem to have info about it.

Position is good. You just walk acros the road to the beach. Thre is an excellent Italian Restaurant on the site. Hotel was very clean and bedrooms spacious and well laid out. Rception staff were were very helpful in getting a room for us, as we arrived early.
Most of staff are helpful but some need training in customer relations. I did speak with the manager, who was avery nice lady, and gave here some advice. There should be a private entrance tio a beach but it was locked, so there were no loungers or umbrellas.

As a courtesy I received an upgraded room. I appreciate it a lot. Staff super polite, patient. Respecting a sign "please, no need to clean my room".
The price. Taxes. But with this we cannot do anything :) Barbados in general is an expensive country.

The hotel was as expected nice and clean, but the staff were beyond my expectations!!! They went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing birthday trip!! I was treated very special, they set up a private table, decorated with a balloon arch. I was also treated to dinner and a birthday cake along with the birthday song! The staff in every area were just the best!!!

There 2 little things to take care off. The menu of the resuatant is very poor. Pleas bring more variety. Secondly: when people book a hotel and i note that i am for work they need to give me a room at the lowest floor and closer to the elevator. This time they gave me room 301.
