I have been to three Fazanos and I love them. The bedding is outstanding. The rooms are always comfortable and well appointed. The service is excellent.
The breakfast is excellent but I would prefer better eggs. I realize this is Brazil and I'm looking for a more European or American style so it isn't completely fair to ask - except that the cost raises expectations. I'm just not love with endless cakes and sweets for breakfast which others might adore. I was also a bit surprised not to be recognized as a repeat visitor. It isn't that important to me but it was a missed opportunity. The service is a tiny bit cold and that might have made it a bit more personal.

Cost of the airport transfer on arrival in Sao Paulo. The cost billed was eight times more expensive than what we paid for a local car and driver recommended by friends for our departure transfer.

The style and design were fantastic. The staff were incredible. The location was ideal and connected to the mall in the nicest area of São Paulo. The restaurant (Fasano) is easily the best Italian food I have ever enjoyed.

The hotel is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood with boutique shops and restaurants. Our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and nice views across the city’s parks. Breakfast is simple and tasty. The hotel’s staff was very helpful and addressed all our requests and inquiries. At the end of our stay in Brazil, we were in need of a printer and the staff was super helpful and allowed us access to their business center although it was outside of normal operation hours.

Despite all the challenges of COVID, it was great. The gym is excellent and they managed reservations very well. The Spa was great. The food was also good, especially breakfast.
There was only one outdoor space which was often closed. The lunch and dinner food was pretty heavy - it is a bit challenging to find a great light meal.
