Location is excellent, near good restaurants and shopping mall. Very safe area too and easy access to many other neighbourhoods and to the international airport. The staff is excellent too.

I think the rooms need a bit of a revamp although they are comfortable. The walls are very thin and one can hear many noises coming from other rooms and a very annoying sound every time that the elevator door opens. The breakfast is disappointing, the room itself is a bit dark and uninspiring and the food does not look very appetizing. It should have larger smart TVs too.

Great location for Jewish community. Nice size rooms. Comfortable bed. Good lighting. Good WiFi Everything you could need was in the room but some things were a tad old, like the hair drier and there wasn't enough toiletries and they didn't bring more.

Staff at the front desk were great, very helpful in all respects.

On one of the three days our room was left untouched, not cleaned, and when I complained to the front desk they did not seem to take it on board, did not seem to trust that was the case. We had not left a sign for the room not to be disturbed! We are not fussy, but expected to get the room cleaned, beds made, especially the bathrooms. It is nice to come back to freshened up room. Although breakfast offered copious amounts of food, more than necessary, I am afraid the coffee itself was not really good.

the hotel is located in a beautiful area of Sao Paolo. a nice gym and pool to use before or after touring. A very nice shopping mall is nearby with nice restaurants to eat dinner. The staff is very helpful and will do everything to make you happy.

There are not a lot of electricity sockets in the room. As I used the pool and gym I would like to have more towels in the room or receive the at the pool/gym.

We stayed the previous weekend, came back Sunday June 3-7. It was like a second home. Wish we had upgraded to the only Suite, before we left. When we came back, it was already taken! Staff is outstanding. Great location for us. Nice breakfast.

Maybe the tile in the shower could withstand power washing.

It's third or fourth I book a room in this hotel, always a pleasant, frictionless experience. Great staff, bed, internet, windows. High-end restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries and bars nearby.

It's not their fault, but the neighbourhood has a strong smell of urine, it's disgusting, specially when it rains. Unfortunately this problem is becoming more and more widespread in Sao Paulo. They could have washed the sidewalk with a powerful disinfectant, because the smell takes over the entire lobby. The TV is small and outdated and it's hard to plug-in your own Chromecast, but I managed to do it at the end.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the room is relatively large comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is good nice and quiet. A shopping mall within walking distance with may shops and restaurants. Subway station Higienopolis-McKinzie is with in walking distance.

Really enjoyed the location and size of the room, also pretty clean. The hotel staff was helpful and never got in the way. Swimming pool size is the highlight, you can actually swim in it.

The rooms could be more modern, there's still quite some wood panels and old appliances. No free water in the room is also bad for a hot place like Brazil.

The staff were outstanding, they are a credit to the hotel. A huge thanks to the porters and all at reception, they were so helpful and accommodating. The location is perfect, very safe area to walk around. Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is superb. I could not fault the hotel and would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere central to stay in São Paulo.
