Breakfast was of below average offering: * No Capsule style coffee - just filtered * Cooked offering - just two heated items - Over cooked and split scrambled eggs - Sausage (unknown type, no labelling ) - No bacon, No Hash, No Beans. * Bread for toast was presented in a plastic bag - with a plastic tong to recover. Only two offerings - white or brown (?). The toaster was a pop-up type, domestic model - no higher specification commercial model available - so multiple people standing around waiting to use the toaster. No 'continental breakfast' style offering - cheese, cured meats, dried fruit.

Location was fabulous as we were booked to do Homalco Grizzly Bear trip and boat left right opposite our hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were excellent.

Only complaint was dining room was closed on Sunday night but there was no notification of this anywhere in hotel. We had been on 8 hour tour and went down to eat to find it all in darkness. Front desk apologised and said there were no staff. Ok reason of course but a notice would have been appropriate as we were not the only ones left in this position.

Clean quiet, the bed was super comfy the breakfast was good. I would stay again! I like that they have Telus instead of Shaw cable! Staff was friendly welcoming.

I liked the location. Easy access to the park,marina and restaurants. Hotel appearance is very presentable from the outside and much more inside. Staffs were great specially those who were in the dining area during free breakfast.

I dont know if it was only on our room,but in a very hot July,we expect to have an airconditioned room when we get to the hotel, we didnt have one. What we got was a dyson fan which wasn’t enough. The very reason i didnt gave an all excellent rating.

Breakfast hospitality was excellent. Selection was adequate but no hash browns with eggs, and sausage was the only breakfast meat offered during our four days. But the layout was excellent and staff did not leave dirty tables. Courtyard lounge service was very genial and attentive.

We were hoping for a pool. There was no air conditioning and our nights required open windows. But the sea air was wonderful.

Excellent location with easy access to the town centre and the hi way.

There is a fire door in the accommodation corridor that is held open with a small sand bag type item. The door obviously makes a noise when accessing rooms, but it should NOT be held open.

Breakfast was very good. The location was just where we wanted to be for this trip. The room was great. Parking was just adequate as we couldn’t park in the hotel lot overnight (was full).

I guess parking could have been better. The remote on the tv was very hard to use..and it wasn’t backlit No decaf coffee in the room

The room itself was nice with a great view. Fun to see the cruise ships pass and walking distance to lots of things.

The room was really hot and we felt the lack of AC. We needed to keep the windows open for some hope of cooler air so we were subject to a lot of street noise and door slamming.

The location is a spot-on, located at the heart of Campbell River. Bed is very comfortable, hotel/room is also fairly clean, free breakfast also comes handy though it's lack of variety on the menu. Staffs are very kind and accommodating so that's a big plus.

The fan inside the bathroom, I don't think it's working. Our initial room door was not working but staff was very nice to change our room for our last night staying there. It will be better if they can do a bit of variety on breakfast even they serve the same foods, i.e., how they cook the eggs each day, they do alter the protein between bacon/sausage, but they can also do the hash browns differently, and probably alter toast/pancakes, etc. We stayed there for 5 days 4 nights and at the end, started getting tired of the breakfast menu. But it's a plus to have this included in our room.
