Reynolds Hotel

A small town but the hotel was excellent. Note that the restaurant closes early but provides great food, The outside bar terrace provides a view over the mountains and we sat out there to eat, Staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and bright. We found a great bakery in town to have breakfast - s good we had to queue. The hotel also has a shop which stocks most things you need and has a good selection of local beers and wines.

Friendly staff. Very spotless and clean room. Clean and quality linens. Nice to have a view of the mountains. Has a old school vibe to it. We ate at the onsite restaurant and it was great - lots of options to choose from and the burgers are homemade, not frozen patties. Well stocked convenience store for supplies and alcohol. We parked our car overnight in front the hotel - how often can you do that!! Would stay here again if I was back.

Shower stalls were a bit too small for my husband, he kept knocking himself on the walls. Bed could have been queen size vs double (no option that I recalled when I booked so there may be bigger beds). It was a new mattress tho and very comfortable.

Hotel was great for what we expected. Room was large and comfortable. Hallways were updated and it was nice and clean.

The toiletries were not great. No conditioner or shower gel. Only soap was a mini facial bar. I prefer a room with a balcony, but it wasn’t something I was expecting when I booked this hotel, just would have been nice.

Staff at the hotel was quite friendly, and the setting was beautiful. My room, while small, was clean and had an amazing view of the mountains to the east. Parking is easy, and there is a restaurant on the first floor, with more within easy walk/drive distance. It's an older property, but this adds charm, and the price is far, far cheaper than anything else you'll find on Highway 99 and a great value for the location.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel store was well-stocked and convenient; even the music playing was good. Our room was very comfortable, including the beds. We had all our creature comforts, right down to netflix and microfibre makeup-removing cloths.

The only thing we have to suggest is maintenance on the AC unit as it left a lingering musty smell when in use.

Lovely staff, simple quick check-in, fulfilled my requests for a quieter room. The room was huge, clean and very comfortable. It even had AC which was a godsend given it was very hot when I stayed there. They even switched it on before arrival so it was lovely a cool when I got there. I was very surprised with the size of the room!

Stayed for one night. We requested a quiet room, with shower, and this is what we got in a room was at the back of the hotel. Staff were friendly, we had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant, which was good value. Yes, the hotel is old fashioned, however, it is what you see and is perfectly functional. Plenty of free parking.

The rooms were very clean the front desk had to provide the ice but they were really friendly about it. The TV in the room wasn’t working properly but we didn’t bother going down and asking the front desk for help but I mentioned two of them when we left. The restaurant and pub attached to the hotel we’re very good.

Couldn’t get the TV to work properly. Maybe only feedback would be the check that the TVs are in working order or set up for to be used before the guests come

Our room (12) was very spacious with a couch and Kitchenette which we used. I would definitely recommend that room . The location is great as it’s right on the Main Street .

The coffee in the room was awful . They need to get a better brand . A recycling box in the room would be nice .

Friendly receptionist , large rooms, very comfortable beds, easy to find and convenient for major route, lots of toiletries, kettle, fridge, microwave. Great value for money. Full of character and rustic charm.

Restaurant was very basic and unappealing. We ate out.
