The management and staff were very accommodating and friendly. We brought our U11 hockey team and they were very patient and understanding with all of our active team members. When we made special requests, the staff were very friendly and happy to try and make that happen. I also really appreciated the call back when we forgot something in the room after checkout. Although we completely forgot to stop and pick up the item before we left, I really appreciated receiving the call right away. Thank you very much.
Cleanliness of the pool and area could have been a bit better. Also the gym area could use some updates. It would be great to have heavier dumbbells as well as a proper spin bike would be appreciated.

One of the better looking hotels in Williams Lake. Relatively clean facilities - gym, swimming pool breakfast room Good breakfast menu Coffee & water at reception Room was nice and tidy - bed is comfortable
The gym could use a little update.. but who am I kidding.. maybe 90% of people on vacay don't workout The tiles they use for their bathroom could use an update... felt like dirt and grime could easily stick in the nooks of the tiles and make it look "dirty" - but thats just me

Very clean room with kitchenette....microwave, fridge, cupboards and one of the most comfortable beds we've had on this trip. The couch and TV were well placed and we discovered little night lights in the bathroom. The breakfast had a lot of choices of cereals and pastries, juices and drinks. Staff was very attentive keeping items stocked and tables clean.

The location of the hotel was close enough to Williams Lake yet far enough for quiet. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and ideal design on the first floor with access to outside and seating area was great.

Spacious room with excellent layout. Clean bathroom and fully stocked with towels, toiletries, tissues, etc. AC plus ability to open windows. Large, safe parking lot. Great location along the highway with easy access. Friendly and informative staff. Bonus: nice classy pub with good food and drink nearby (we enjoyed a peaceful dinner after a day on the road).

I was just passing through town, the location was convenient and easy to find. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. I will stay there again the next time I visit Williams Lake.
