Location was great. Breakfast was as apected for continental. There is always a bottleneck at the toaster. You need to add one more. At busy time the staff can't keep up having plates available. Purchase more plates or one more staff at that time.

No towels available at busy time in the pool area. I gave my towel to a little girl, a total stranger at 9:30 pm because she was crying and wanted to dry off. I stayed until closing at 10 and half the people walked dripping water down the halls. More towels please

Loved this hotel. Best place we stayed in on our entire cross-country trip. When we arrived we ended up being upgraded to a business suite for free because they didn't have the one we reserved available. It's a new hotel, so very modern, clean, beautiful furnishings. TV set up for streaming. The lobby and breakfast area are lovely, and the pool looked awesome. Cool waterslide and a good size hot tub. Staff were super friendly. The free breakfast was above average. It's also really easy to access from the highway, but is enough of a ways off it that you don't feel like you're in a roadside hotel. It's right across from the lake, too, which has a multi-use trail that starts just up the way toward the town.

Nothing. Everything was great.

We were on a road trip across several provinces - this was just a brief rest stop on our travels. Location was good; there was ample free parking. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. What I enjoyed the most was a window that opened, which allowed fresh air into the room. Having a fridge and extra sink in the room was a real plus. Would definitely stay here again. Just an additional observation………..the staff reflected our multi-cultural diverse country, as it should…..thank you.

That we needed to be on the road early and missed the breakfast………next time.

This hotel was newer. It was clean (for the most part), offered a pool area and breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot (perfect after a long drive). The hotel is just outside of town where you can find places to eat or get groceries. We had a view of the riverside and there was lots of parking. When we needed new towels, Miguel offered them.

There were stains all over the duvets. On my bed there was a crusted red sauce which was tucked into the bed. It wasn’t until I was ready to settle in that I noticed it. I called the front desk and Miguel was very sorry to hear this. He contacted housekeeping to inform them and brought up a new duvet. He apologized and brought a few snacks for our teens to enjoy (very thoughtful). He did mention that he would see what they could do in terms of a discount but he needed to speak with his supervisor. Upon leaving in the morning, there was no discount offered as the supervisor was unavailable. They did offer to post on the account to recieve the discount at a later date but we are from out of province so we declined.

Quiet outdoors and isolated location

Too many children running in the hallway. Not enough hygiene supplies in bathroom. Body wash bottle was empty. Kleenex box was almost empty. Bar handsoap too tiny. No paper or pen in room. Telephone rang just one ring in the room twice two different times during the nights for whatever reason. When checking out the gentleman didn’t ask me how my stay was.

Good breakfast selection and plenty of space for seating. Rooms were new, modern and excellent with fridge, coffee maker, power adapters and all the amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were offered complimentary bottles of water at check in. Hotel was beautifully decorated with Indigenous art. The pool, hot tub and water slide area was nice. The gym looked well equipped although we didn’t use it. It is just the right distance from the highway bypass to not be affected by traffic noise but not far to town centre and the “Island” where the sports arena and splash park are. There is a small gas station and convenience store next door.

If anything to critique, the pool area and hallway from it could have been mopped more often and have larger towels. And we would have liked the hot tub open until 10:00 instead of 9:00pm

Beautiful and new... we loved the artwork all over the hotel. It was so clean, the staff were friendly and kind and the rooms were so nice! Beds were very comfortable, and bedding and linens were fresh and clean! Self-parking but loads of space. The hotel also had a BBQ for guests to use! Nearby are a ton of good restaurants and a short walk to the trails around the beautiful lake! Very nice!

The pool area was fantastic. Pool was warm and hit tub was also fantastic. It was a little cooler in the first night but perfect every other night we went. Staff were friendly, hotel was super clean. Very very nice stay.

No can opener in the room (with kitchenette). Also when booking it said our room would have a tub and it was a shower (I have 4 kids).

We loved the cleanliness and that is it so close to my aunt's place. Great location by the island park!

The only complaint is that there was pink fungus in the shower - along the silicone line - this was there the year before when we stayed. We did mention it then. the manager was a little defensive about it. This time, I took a cloth and wiped it off before using the shower. it came off easily.

This hotel was new, very clean, very comfy bed, great desk, located across from a beautiful lake on tribal land. Staff was very pleasant and efficient. Breakfast was good with pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, wonderful potatoes, muffins juices, hot drinks, yogurt and more.

Hair dryer didn't work, but staff promised to fix it. Hotel was tucked away from the highway, and we had a bit of trouble finding it. Lovely location once we knew our way around. Floor was squeaky.
