The location is right off the highway less than 1 km and easy to access, large parking lot and a very nice clean hotel. We were very happy with the size of our room, a king bed and a full sized sofa and desk. The room was very clean as were the hallways. The bed was comfortable and the linens of good quality. We were greeted on arrival by a friendly front desk clerk, it was 840 in the evening and when we asked if the restaurant was open she suggested they might be able to do take out as they closed at 9. We went to see if they could provide a take out order and Lorraine said come on in and eat here. We did and had an excellent meal, Caesar salad and seared scallops with roasted red pepper linguini, it exceeded our expectations. Lorraine was welcoming and even assisted my husband in selecting a local draft beer. The breakfast offered in the morning was also very good and provided some good options if you want to change from the standard breakfast. We will always make this our stop between Ontario and PEI

There was nothing that we did not like about this hotel and restaurant.

The hotel is about 2 yrs old but looked absolutely brand new. Rooms were clean and super comfortable. Bathrooms are a generous size. There is complimentary coffee and muffins in the lobby. Breakfast vouchers for the restaurant attached to the hotel were included for a hot made to order breakfast or a grab and go option. Staff is friendly. The location is great for a pitstop in NB, close to the highway. Check out Potato World- the museum dedicated to potatoes right next door while you are here.

The facilities were very new and clean. The restaurant was great and seemed popular with locals and hotel guests alike.

The hotel had replied in writing to my booking request to have our dog stay signaling that they would not be charging me for this. However I was charged a fee. When I showed them my in writing message stating they would be providing this free of charge for this visit, they said they weren't sure why someone had committed to that and still charged me. While I realize it is fairly common practice to charge a fee for a pet, good customer service would suggest they if I have said something in writing they should honor it. I was a bit disappointed in my interactions with the staff on this particular manner.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. Fairly new hotel in good shape. I would stay again.

The room didn't have much in it. Other than the bed there was one small office chair. Also, there is no balcony. I had paid extra for a room with a balcony. I got a drive-up type room on the first floor with one outside chair. I was not able to park outside my room because they are wheelchair parking spots and they were taken anyway. The owner of the pickup truck outside my room was opening and closing his tailgate quite a bit making noise. The neighboring rooms each have one chair and are very close together. No privacy. I would not have been comfortable hanging out outside.

Great location near the highway, when traveling from Nova Scotia to Quebec, it is right next to a children's Potato museum, and included games for kids (would have been great if I had kids). The restaurant was very good, and a 10$ voucher was included for breakfast, which covered a regular hot breakfast, but allowed us to splurge and order, with an additional fee, a special breakfast. Just don't bother trying to find a better restaurant in Florenceville, it is not worth the ride, in my opinion this is the best one, a lot of locals come here. Large rooms, extraordinarily confortable pillows and beds, and a shower with a seat (first time I see this, it was very nice to use).

Not enough luggage carts available. Everything else was perfect.

Perfect spot to stop on my drive from Ontario to Halifax. Room was lovely, exceptionally clean, great linens on the beds, Very Very comfortable. Staff are all friendly and very welcoming. The attached restaurant was great, also very clean comfortable and inviting. we did both supper and Breakfast there both were great. You can to the 10$ coupon and choose the 10$ breakfast or upscale your choice. The 10$ breakfast option which we both had was exceptional with Homemade bread/toast and fresh berries, eggs , fries choice of meat. Staff here was lovely to. Don't forget to tip restaurant staff, as they are providing a full service discounted breakfast.

Only thing was no coffee maker in the room, but coffee is available easy down in the lobby.

This is a new hotel in a great location, with a good restaurant.

I did not like that even though the reservation stated that breakfast was included, in fact they only give a $10 voucher per person towards breakfast. This voucher does not cover the cheapest breakfast offered at the restaurant by the time you add tea/coffee and tax. It is only sufficient if you choose items from the snack offerings. The restaurant breakfast is very good, but this was a surprise nevertheless.

Breakfast was OK but would like to have had more choice in the simple breakfast. I like oatmeal and toast but I gathered from the menu it was either or ….a 2nd cup of coffee would’ve been nice as well.

Tv Garbled and cut out at two or three times in 10 minutes. I assume it’s delivered over the Internet … a system we have at home which is mediocre at best.

Brand new building in amazing shape .very clean and slept well

Everything was great except for the price of these motels but with that said it was the cheapest of them all .the problem is there all gouging right now it's absolutely unacceptable that there gouging people for a night sleep and in are case 6 to 7 hours sleep and go again .

The Amsterdam Inn was a very welcome sight after long rainy day of driving. The hotel looked fresh, modern and we were very happy with our spacious and comfortable room. The hotel was clean and the staff very accommodating and helpful. We were grateful for the tasty to-go breakfast and coffee options in the morning needing to make an early start.
