Best Western Milton

The breakfast was very nice especially the fruit and the staff were very friendly and willing to talk which made a nice beginning to the day. They also remembered us ! The clock in the bedroom was great.

The air conditioning unit was rather noisy and the shower difficult to use

It was easy to get to from 401 and from Toronto. It is out and away from the main commercial and other restaurants BUT the on site restaurant would bring me back again. Absolutely delightful. I enjoyed a dinner and a breakfast with my daughter and 19 month grand daughter and it was the best experience both in food, amenities (although very chilly temperature) and the personnel. I must say I had a very good sleep on the mattress and box spring.

The property appears dated to me. There was a sign in the first hallway indicating that some sort of upgrades or renovations were being done but it did not appear to be so wherever I looked. My daughter and I brought swimsuits to use there but pool water temperature was kept too cold for us and especially for her 19 month; un useable. There were a few other things about the room that made it feel as though it was a lesser quality hotel than what it is but I won’t go into the details which I noted in my journal.

It was quiet & clean. The staff was friendly. There was a restaurant in the motel so after traveling for a couple days it was awesome to eat a fresh hot meal ☺️ The restaurant workers were also super friendly & made sure to acknowledge my children as well, made my son feel like he was in control of choosing his breakfast 🥞

Nothing too bad but the pool could be a little hotter, it was too cold for us 🥶😅

The curtains had cigarette burns in them(non smoking hotel?) The sheets were stained. Shower pressure is not up to par and leaked from the bath nozzle

Restaurant on-site, the owners were lovely people & made the best kale smoothie!

A guest had parked a trailer full of cows that were mooing in the dead of the night right under my window on 4th floor. Interrupted my sleep. I'm sure this was not a regular occurrence.

Had Breakfast off site. Thanks for being able to have adjoining rooms for my family. They really enjoyed the pool. Appreciate a pet friendly hotel.

Recommend more chairs in the pool area. Too few for our family and we were the only ones in the pool at the time. TV signal very noisy in both rooms. Watchable but seems to be a consistent problem.

It was a good in-between spot to stay for all the major cities and attractions we wanted to go to! The rooms were comfortable and we couldn't even hear the highway right next to us!

It was a little bit outdated and had small bathrooms!

It served us nicely for my daughter and I. Staff were friendly and breakfast was the best. Great it had a gym and swimming pool although didn’t get a chance to use it.

Rooms were nice and clean. The comforter smelt very clean and good! Nice space. Located close to everything we needed.

Wish breakfast was included, but knew that it wasn't before we booked.

Excellent location staff was amazing enjoyed my 3 days was in town for a wedding was last minute to find a hotel at the end it was the best choice if and when i come to toronto i will definitely look up best western as my number 1 choice
