this is a great apartment hotel! LOCATION is perfect to explore the Old Montreal . Access is super easy. the room is very nicely decorated , modern and super clean. Bed is very comfortable . Tv includes streaming services for free. Room had a kitchenette and had every thing needed if someone want to make a small meal or simply breakfast. There are so many things include with the room like bathrobe ,slippers, an umbrella, kitchen tools , bathroom products, hairdryer , EVERYTHING you need is there! this property location is much better than an Airbnb. Will be back!

parking is not available but was able to park in city parking lot 10 min walking distance (overnight 30$)

This was a very nice room. We particularly liked the mix of old and new. We were very happy with the location as we were centrally located in the historic district. The daily croissants were also appreciated. Check-in was a breeze and although there was no one actually present, the property managers were very prompt responding to any of our questions almost hate giving the property a 10 for fear we won’t be able to book a stay down the road

Nothing within the property’s control could have been better. Finding parking was very difficult and ultimately was very expensive. Outside of that, it was a nearly perfect weekend.

The location could hardly be better: directly across the street from the William Gray hotel and the lovely Rue Ste. Amable and just a block away from the heart of the strip of restaurants on Rue Saint Paul. To me, this was Montreal's ground zero.

While the room we ended up in--Room 108--had been admirably sound-proofed, in a way, at least, that mostly shut out street noise, its sound-proofing was no match for the disco/techno beat of the sound system in the bar just below us. So it helps to be a night owl if you truly intend to stay here.

The location was fantastic, I didn't worry about security or cleanliness, and having a full kitchenette was good for nights (& mornings) in! I used the iPad a lot to decide what to do and where to eat.

It would be good to be able to direct message the staff via the in-house ipad for questions etc instead of having to email or call them. It would also be good to have instruction manuals on how to operate the induction cooker and the exhaust fans, as well as a short note in the iPad under the Local tab on where the nearest supermarket/grocery store is.

Stylish studio room. Has everything you need and more. Immaculately presented. Our room 103 was a good size. It would have benefitted from an extra easy chair. Absolutely brilliant location for old Montreal and vieux port.

We had to call to get code for door set properly as could not access our room on arrival. No physical reception. Noise from music in bar directly below our room was disturbing some nights.

Location was excellent, and the whole property was put together well; everything was well thought out. Room was clean and had a lot of nice touches to make the stay very comfortable.

While the location was excellent, it was a little too excellent, as you could hear the bass through the walls of the bar next door. When awake, it wasn't problematic, but I could still hear it at night through my earplugs. A benadryl was needed to help me sleep.

The location was excellent and I appreciated the kitchen facilities. The terrace was lovely. Very comfortable room. Appreciated the yoga mats and extra towels available in the hall for our use. We were able to leave our bags in the laundry room which was helpful as we were not leaving until later in the day.

You could hear the bass music from a nearby club until about 1:30am. Earplugs were provided I'm assuming for this reason. I realized this is out of your control but it was the only negative of our stay.

Excellent location and easy instructions for entry, WIFI, etc. The hot plate needed replacing but they got on it right away. Staff response time was excellent. Very clean and well organized place! The rooftop deck is really nice. Croissants in the morning were very nice.

Room 103 was a little small. Coffee pods provided could match number of days booked, you have to keep asking.

My room was amazing! I was so sad that I was only spending one night! Last summer I stayed across the street at their other property and both sites are sooooo quaint, and so unique. I loved the kitchenette, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were divine! I also loved all the little amenities they put in the bathroom (slippers, robes, all the shampoo and conditioner and body wash, toothbrush kit, etc. They also provide Yoga mats! So so unique and lovely. It is also in the perfect location in Old Montreal and close to the waterfront, and the rooftop patio was a totally unexpected surprise! I love that they have Smart TVs, a bluetooth speaker, and even microwave popcorn for you to enjoy! I love this location and these "hosts" (owners/brand) and will be back for sure!

Absolutely nothing; I just wish I'd stayed longer!

The location was perfect - within walking distance to anything we wanted to access including great restaurants and the waterfront. Access to the building and the room was simple and easy using the door codes provided. The unit was lovely and very clean, with exposed brick walls, ample lighting, counter space to sit at with comfortable stools, and a surprisingly very well-stocked kitchenette. The slippers, robes, and toiletry items in the bathroom were a delightful touch, as was the iPad provided to look for local events/restaurants/museums/galleries and connect with the "front desk". The bed in the unit was also extremely comfortable and we enjoyed using the apps on the television to watch Netflix without having to log in to our home account. We had a drink up on the roof-top patio, which was also very cute and well-furnished. The concierge was in touch with us leading up as well as during our stay, which was greatly appreciated.

There wasn't anything we didn't like - just a few things we will change/investigate when we stay again. We are not fond of thick/dense pillows so will bring our own the next time we stay. We also couldn't figure out how to get the string of lights turned on upstairs on the rooftop patio.
