Travelodge by Wyndham Trois-Rivieres

I don't know why some people give a bad rate. It is not very exceptional, but for the price which pay it's perfect. It is true that there can be some improvements , but I can't complain. The room was clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is very friendly. The morning breakfast is enough, and pretty good: scramble eggs, sausage, potatoes, coffee, cereals, toast. What do you like more than that? The only thing that I didn't like was the parking area, but this is not an issue. Otherwise the hotel is close of downtown, and shopping area.

The parking area looks neglected and too dark

I liked the receptionist very very very friendly especially the young man in the morning I believe his name is Habou, so helpful.

The breakfast hours were’n’t clearly stated though, it said 10 am but at 9 am it was closed. One day the complete breakfast wasn’t even available. I think this should be made better.

Room was perfect beside the pool really like that. We enjoyed it very much we are thinking of booking next year there again. This time for 5 days hoping we are by the pool again. It is near everything plus my relative not far from there. Thank you for making are 3 day stay perfect. Hoping next year we can have breakfast in the serving area.

Only complain I have was not enough pillows. Did not have enough coffee cups for 4 people no sugar, no milk. Towels only for 2 people we had booked for 4 people in room so room should have been set up for 4 people. We called the reception and they delivered what was missing.

How large it is makes it beautiful to look at /rooms are nice and isolated

Everything was good expect for the vending machine and the lack of accessibility nearby/ like kitchen appliances

We travelled all the way from out west and the lady at the front desk was so understanding of my poor French and tried so hard to communicate in English with me. She deserves a raise!! She was absolutely pleasant and helpful.

Given that covid procedure wouldn’t allow for a hot breakfast it would have been nice. We understood though.

The big window from the room was nice and we could see the factory, which was cool!

The seat of the chair was a bit dirty (not wiped enough). It would be great if there’s egg or sausage added to the breakfast..

How accommodating the staff was and I loved my view from the 12th floor. Icing on the cake! Great way to end our travels before heading home. Thank you

Breakfast was acceptable. Located in semi industrial area, and surprised to find excellent restaurants and a Costco minutes away.

Outside pool needed to be cleaned. Water was cold but very refreshing.

Very good breakfast. The girl at reception during our check in was very helpful.

Would recommend laundry facilities to be available

Room and hotel very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good for Covid times. Hotel location is great, close to downtown and highways.

Adjacent room connected by a door, without proper sound proof.
