Canalta Hotel Moosomin

Comfy beds, large rooms with everything you could need. Pools and gym were great. Breakfast was fantastic!

Our first room, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain at all as the sink valve was stuck closed. Our second room the toilet wouldnt stop draining and we had to fix it ourselves (chain old and kept sticking). Our third room multiple electrical outlets didn't work. Overall great hotel but needs several trades people to check every room.

Reception was friendly and easy. She also lent us a phone charger block then came up to help with the TV connection and was very knowledgeable. The pool temperature was perfect and the hot tub. Made my 4 year old grandsons day after a long drive. The breakfast was amazing had everything we needed then some.

Hall way carpet needs updated.

Breakfast said it was served until 10:00 but there were a lot of things empty when I went down at 9:30. The location was good and the pool was wonderful after a long day of driving.

When I entered my room for the first time, the tv was on and playing a creepy program. The remote did not work so it took me a little while to turn the tv off which was unnerving.

Location, pet friendly, parking with a trailer, outside entrance, comfortable bed, room temperature just right, very quiet and the complimentary breakfast outstanding.

The lobby washroom although very clean in general, the cleaning staff had neglected the underside of the toilet seat.

We stayed there for a night and checked in very late, the room was spacious, bed was clean and comfy. The staff at night was great. We were travelling with our 2 pets and were not disappointed. The breakfast was also decent and fresh. The location was excellent on the Highway and exactly our mid point to Calgary. Would definitely come back and recommend.

The room itself was excellent - very roomy with a table for 2 AND a desk with desk lamp. Spacious bathroom and a super comfy tub for reading in the bath!! Comfortable beds and all amenities worked well (microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator.

We felt the price ( through booking .com) was too high and there were no discounts for seniors (us) and CAA - which we would have received had we gone directly to the hotel itself for a reservation

room spot clean huge triple room luxurious beddings (think it's silk comforter that keeps you cool during night) (the nearby restaurant The Red Barn Restaurant & Dano's Lounge is exceptional) love Moosomin and will definitely come back on next road trip

For a trip across the country, it is a good stopping point. Room was very clean and comfortable. Location is relatively near the highway, but not noisy. Town has an old fashioned looking grain elevator for photo opportunities.

Not much in the way of restaurants in the town, but we had brought food along from Brandon, which is my recommendation. Gas up the night before you leave if you are heading out early as the stations may not be open in the very early morning.

C'lean, nice rooms, the reservation clerk was nice attentive, I seemingly her at 10 pm and at 9 am next day and she was freindly, loved the breakfast and the area, the pool, hot tub, water slide was perfect, we will be repeat customers

The breakfast was one of the best I have had in a hotel. The pool and water slide were warm. The kids loved the stay. The staff was super friendly

The hotel needed a dusting. Table tops just outside the elevators were so dirty I had to clean my sleeve when I accidentally leaned on it. Staff should also close the door and mop/ sweep behind the bathroom door in the rooms.
