the staff is very attentive and customer oriented. Raquel and Pauline are outstandingly good and always try to do their utmost to make clients happy and make sure they feel welcome. Haven‘t seen this kind of dedication very often. Breafast is good with a great variety. Some of the staff try to make up for their lack of understanding of the English language with creativity. Cook‘s restaurant very good with slightly oversized portions but good value for money and cheaper than the inhouse restaurant

The hotel is attached to a cassino, we didn’t know that. No information on Booking.com. We booked this hotel, because it was the best accommodation we could find. We asked for an upgrade, it was the end of our trip and we need a quite place with good view of the city. We got it. Good variety of food for breakfast. The management surprised me with a beautiful tray with champagne, cheese, smoke meat and a slice of BF cake to celebrate my birthday. The staff were fantastic. Some restaurants in the complex to have a meal. No need to leave the facility.

The swimming pool and exercise rooms too busy, smelly and open to the residents as a ginásio club. Not attractive at all. A bit far from downtown and walking at night was scary. Some safety issues. Old town neglected and ignored by administration. We spent 4 nights in a comfortable rooms, had time to rest in our upgraded room.

The staff is by far one of the best we’ve ever encountered in many years of international travel. The manager greets you every morning, the staff at the restaurant are attentive, front desk helpful and the housekeeping does a fabulous job keeping the very large rooms tidy and clean.

It is a great place for conferences and events or adult entertainment (casino next door), but I wish it had an indoor pool, a gym or a spa. A video game area is set up for kids in the lobby, which is great, but a little play area with toys would be even better.

very nice hotel, super clean and big rooms, staff very friendly and the location is nearby the city center. We recomend the hotel to families but also to business travellers. the hotel is located into a casino center with restaurants and amenities.

the hotel is listed as a 5 stars but it's not; the rate for the services is correct but the rooms are quite hold even if super cleaned and big.

This a very good 4-star hotel, in a quite location and with two restaurants. We staid one night: a stop in our trip from Conguillio to Chiloe. The two-queen room and the bathroom were spacious and comfortable, wi-fi excellent. One restaurant offers a very good dinner-buffet (a bit expensive). The staff was kind and helpful.

Facilities a bit outdated and underground parking was very small (not many parking lots) and thus we had to leave the car outside the guest parking

Nice decorations, good space in the room bar. a good option in the same building to eat and drink (boulevard). For the crazy prices in Osorno is a really good deal. nice gardens to walk.

it is a bit old, restaurant for diner is not a good option. I was waiting 15 minutes to be attended and nothing happened. At the end I went to the boulevard

Nice staff; they were very and honestly interested in the guests opinions and made all posible efforts to meet and solve the few complaints I mentioned them in my first visit; second one was outstanding.
