Amazing staff, clean, excellent views. Quality customer service. The manager welcomed us to the facility and had a genuine conversation while we waited for our room, because we arrived early. We were able to check in early. Staff helped with our phones, order food, and places to see in the area. One staff member always greeted us at the taxi when we arrived back to the hotel after our daily excursions and would open the door, carry bags etc.

Breakfast was the same everyday. A bit more variety would be good

The room was spacious and the view was amazing. The beds were comfortable and clean. The staff in the hotel were helpful, friendly and offered plenty of advice and support for us, suggesting places to visit and organising taxis. The Chilean breakfast was served in our room and was plentiful. The room had a balcony which opened onto the sea which had an amazing view which we enjoyed.

The room was 'tired' and the bathroom similarly. Whilst it was clean it just needs some attention to make it feel like it was worth the price that we paid. Radiator was hung on the wall at a jaunty angle, tiles were cracked (but not dangerous in anyway). The patio doors didn't quite fit correctly. It just felt like the room needed a bit of maintenance and care. Unfortunately we did not sleep brilliantly due to the noise of a disco which was nearby.

The hotel has a beautiful view, a heated pool with ocean view and room service. Its the kind of place where you feel cosy. We came during the world cup, so there was a nice place for everyone to watch matches and share. They also do massages which i found lots more relaxing than any other time I had a massage. The staff is always ready to help.

Before the pandemic the hotel used to have a restaurant which I had heard great things about, unfortunately, after the pandemic they still haven't reopened said restaurant. Breakfast is brought to your room, and though that may be a preference for some, i prefer to have the option to have "a nice buffet style breakfast". Of course if i knew these things before choosing, i would have still chosen this marvelous hotel.

Nice room with a nice view from the room over the sea. Nice breakfast in the room but only one cup of coffee. To enjoy the nice place, it would be nice to have at least 2 cups of coffee for breakfast. Champagne offered in reception really small 3-4 cl, better not offer this (higher level of room) and small bottle champagne from the room was almost without bubbles, only tasted it and and did not drink, reception wanted payment anyway.

We loved the arquitecture, location, the view, and above all the kindness, and professionalism displayed by all the staff. Their slogan is "A different hotel" , and it is. It has that rare mix of perfect hotel for a family, a business trip, or for anyone who wants to have that precious "me time", while sipping their complementary sparkling wine, sitting by the pool, and enjoying the breathtaking view of rhe bay, the water breaking on the rocks all around the hotel, the native sea birds diving for food, and a calming sun, setting over the Pacific ocean. The rooms had flat screens, fresh towels and a hot shower that makes it the perfect start for the day. The included breakfast was on time, healthy and fulfilling. The lunch is ordered through a food delivery service and the hotel takes charge of everything else. Depending on what is needed, this hotel, the privileged view of kilometers of bay, the engaging architecture and kind expertise of all their staff will make this a special retreat. A big thank you to Ms Michelle at the reception, don Marcos and don Christian who run luggage and food, and the housekeeping service, kitchen personnel and the parking staff who helped us.

Location by the sea, small hotel with “family run” atmosphere, pleasant and helpful staff.

The only negative was the bathroom in our seaside room (21) is quite dated, and although clean, has a very run down feeling. It is not nearly as attractive as the modern bathroom in the website pictures. It needs an interior decorating refresh, and some basic maintenance.

The view is amazing! Even better than the pictures they show. The staff is very polite and accommodates to your needs. The very close, walking distance beach. The tempered pool (the ocean is kinda cold) The ping pong and pool tables. The possibility of a massage/sauna.

No dinner available, just appetizers. I would suggest a simple menu, easy for the cook to accommodate guests

Excellent location in Viña Del Mar

The receptionist and room service was absolutely indifferent when we asked for a champagne to have it deliver to the room a certain time. it did not came at the time requested and I had to go to reception to demand the delivery so I can enjoy the sunset. No apology for the delay and plus they dare to “make a hold payment” to request an 220/110 AC adaptor. Wow! Warning: if you are traveling for work like me and don’t want to be charge the Tax (IVA) on your reservation (not advertised anywhere btw) you need to present you boarding pass and passport. it’s a nice place but needs a lot of improvement in customer service.

Fantastic location on the ocean with amazing view from the room and balcony. Perfect for a romantic getaway. Facilities are clean and the staff were very helpful.

Breakfast is filling (yogurt, bread, ham and cheese, fruit) but fresh coffee (instead of instant) and options of granola or eggs to order as well as toast would make it better :)

Incredible ocean view from the room. Room was nice and spacious. There is a small, but very adequate, sauna. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Bathrobe and slippers only provided with the use of the sauna. It would be nice to have those as a standard item in the room.
