It is comfortable and clean.

Customer service is terrible, they don’t make you feel welcome. We stay there often and the staff barely says hello. We also stopped including the breakfast with our reservation because they attention was very bad. They didn’t serve the coffee, I had to ask and it felt I was bothering them. Unfortunately, it is the best choice around the area so we always go back but the attention and costumer service should be better.

Breakfast was delicious, view was incredible, staff were lovely. This is basically the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, with an insane value for money, and I would definitely return.

Honestly I’d give this place full stars except for one VERY ANNOYING thing: the smoke detector in our room blinked every ten seconds with a strong flashing light. At night it was enough to wake me and my children up, as the blink mimics a flash of lightning in the dark. They need to replace their smoke detectors with a model that doesn’t have a flashing light. Bring a mask or sleep on your side.

Breakfast buffet was of high quality food and very well presented. The ambiance of the restaurant was bright and fun. Gorgeous views to start the day!

Little diversity from one day to another so after a few days it felt tired and unimaginative. Unfortunately, when it came within 30 mins of closing they would stop bringing out fresh food so if you came close to closing time selection would be meager.

Really modern hotel with a very comfortable bed, cool interior design, and nice view out the window.

You have to pay for parking and the hotel thinks they are giving you a good deal by saying "You get a 40% discount on parking for staying with us!". The hotel should just validate and pay for the parking themselves. It felt pretty cheap and stingy to be honest. If anything, just raise the prices and include it in the price.

Very quick service for simple requests (e.g. water), beautiful and large rooms, cute cafe on the grounds.

My only complaint with Hotel Sabana Park is that breakfast is not included in the room rate, but there is really nowhere else within walking distance for breakfast, and so you're somewhat obligated to eat breakfast there. That being said, arepas and juice at breakfast were delicious!

The breakfast was wonderful and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room was perfect for both relaxing and working.

The access to the hotel is not the best, as you have to make a larger turn than necessary. Also, the fact that the parking is not complimentary does not meet the price you pay.

Clean, comfortable, modern.

No Gym even though it is offered in the hotel’s website. They only have “one” dumbbell and a ball… what a joke. The hotel is good, but located in the middle of nowhere, a car, taxi is needed for everything.

Breakfast was ok. I hoped they had more options. The buffet was not that great, I expected more from "Andres" franchise. Staff were amazing. Everyone very polite. Very good service. Very clean.

I had requested two queen beds instead of a king in our room, and when we arrive they just put us in a room with a king. Not big deal. But, it would've been nice. Also, nobody helped us take our luggage up to our rooms, we had to do it ourselves and we had a bunch of stuff. No help was offered.

Open restaurant until 9 pm on Sundays and holidays. Extend breakfast until 10.30 am during the week and 11 am on weekends. Hard to get some one to answer the hotel phone when calling from outside. Put towels in gym.

We stayed two nights in a Junior Suite and couldn't be more happy with our choice. Everything perfect, extremely clean, nice decoration and great bathrooms, excellent bed and lining, probably the best quality/price ratio I have seen in more than 30 years travelling around the world.
