Excellent location for us, just a nice walk to town for shopping and restaurants. Outstanding local support staff (Antonio, Anna, Alexander, David). Lots of birds and animals right outside.
Brighter nature focused art on the walls would be nice. Loud music coming from closer to town in the evenings is annoying, but don't think the owner can change that, would not stop us from returning.

This is really an oasis in Tamarindo. It’s located just slightly off the main hustle and bustle of the town which is perfect! you can easily walk to town via the beach or the road, but your away from all the noise and people. The staff took great care of the property! It is a simple and peaceful stay in an otherwise busy little town. Highly recommend!
The only thing to be aware of is there is no drinking water onsite, so you’ll want to come prepared. that would be my only suggestion to the property management. Maybe just have one bottle of water there. In our case, we didn’t arrive until 10:00 pm after a long day of travel, so to have water would have been amazing.

Great location - walking distance to Tamarindo but, felt private, safe, quiet and this part of the beach was gorgeous. There were massages available on the beach which was amazing. We didn't want to be in the thick of Tamarindo but, wanted to be close enough to surf and explore the area and this was the perfect way to do it. Lovely property with accommodating hosts.

Amazing view and private access to the beach. It’s very calm but close enough to all of the action. I liked it so much I extended my stay a few times. Definitely coming back to this place again

The location, but all places in Tamarindo have a good location.
Contrary to what indicated at the moment of the booking, the property did not contact me for the advance payment. I had to contact them. No cleaning of the room was provided, despite our explicit request. Old furniture, uncomfortable bed.
