The room was perfect !!! Staff of reception was helpful in everything Room was perfect !! Big bed Big table for my laptop Welcome basket with wine, 2 bottles of water and coffee !! Machine to make hot coffee !! Buffet in the morning breafast you eat as a king so you will like it a lot !!!! What is inside fridge is chargeble !! so you take and you pay to reception !!! Eveyday cleaning of the room !!! Everyday changing of the bathroom supplies from towels, conditioner shampoo Very good wifi Quiet rooms in my floor Swimming pool and sauna and gym are free of charge Massage is chargeble i attach prices but make a massage for sure as you will love Also rent a car from the greek side and after you go to borders you buy turkish insurance for one month it cost 40 euro only and also petrol unleaded 95 is cheaper in turkish side of cyprus and also when rent car from greek side ! tell them you will stay to Greek side and hide you stay in the other side !! Very nice room, comfortable bed, the room was clean and there were complimentary fruit. Great breakfast, stuff very friendly and helpful.

The shower wasn’t clean. I was surprised about the shower - it didn’t much the high quality of the room. Moreover, the water pressure wasn’t good, especially in the morning.

The location was in a quiet place in a local neighbourhood. Reception staff very pleasant and check in quickly. Luggage taken to our room. All facilities in the room were top notch. One thing that could have been useful would be sachets of milk for the tea only had coffee mate. Shower had excellent pressure. Spacious wardrobe. Beds very comfortable. Had a lovely indoor swim in the morning in the pool. Breakfast was fabulous all you could eat buffet. We had a leisurely breakfast and after a couple of coffees went for more food as we had a full days travel ahead of us. Check out very simple quick and easy

All the staff were lovely especially Melisa. She very informative of anything. breakfast is limited, but buffe lunch is not worth the amount you pay but thier food in restaurants really yummy we ordered steak and tradition chicken something it was really good.The choice of things was limited in breakfast, and it will be great if you can propose traditional cakes.The room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioner worked weak. Breakfast was ok. Overall, it's a good hotel.

They needs to put name tag on their food, especially on the breads, the comments about breakfast is overrated the hotel needs improvements on their buffe and breakfast.Melisa, in reception cover up all minor😟 concerns overall its a good hotel.The air-conditioning really weak.

This hotel is a lovely modern hotel, the design elements and decor are really quite nice as well as comfortable. The reception staff was incredibly helpful and spoke very good English (communication can be a challenge in the north but they are polite nonetheless). Breakfast was very nice as well. For me I found this was the nicest city hotel in Famagusta.

Street noise was sometimes bothersome, a dog barked through most of one night amongst other things. I think when the time comes sound proof windows would be a worthy investment. In fairness I think most hotels in Famagusta have to deal with noise, it’s an active, populated city.

Modern new hotel, where we stayed in room 507 for 2 nights. Own free parking area on the opposite side of the hotel. Quietly located in a side street where you wouldn't expect a hotel. Distance to old town is rather far and very boring, better to go by car. Well maintained, modern bathroom, good WiFi, even fruit / wine offered by the hotel. Excellent breakfast in own restaurant. A good reception, but the lady should speak a bit slower when you check in, because it was too much information in a very short time.

The only downside was the warm room. The bathroom probably has underfloor heating that we couldn't turn-off. The window had to be opened to get a comfortable temperature. Summarizing, we would definitely stay there again next time, given the good price/quality ratio.

The beds were super comfy smart tv, indoor pool spacious rooms for families.

The receptionist my son asked if he could have his breakfast brought to the room as it was his birthday she said yes so we rang for English breakfast which breakfast was included in the price we then check out and get a bill of 500 lira she said room service for breakfast is not free it did not state that in the small print and the lady shouldn’t of said we could have it or she should of said yes I can for a charge so we weren’t too happy about it especially wen it was supposed to be included, no toiletries in the bathroom or gowns or slippers like stated .

Breakfast was good. Hamburgers in the restaurant was excellent. Many employees around. Good AC in the room and also in the restaurant. Small hotell with a good layout. Two elevators! Good large room so you can spread out, with sofa and chair.

Parking is in the back of the hotel. Room had a slight smell in the bed area. Towels were washed in bleach probably and didn’t have the best smell. Air conditioning and water stopped working for a while.

practical location. the location doesn’t perhaps look grandiose, but for us that was no problem as it is still safe and practical close to the main spots. hotel is clean. functional. nice and friendly staff. value for money. the pool is not the biggest but good enough for a swim. and fun. the fitness room is ok as well. breakfast worked very well for us enough choice and good quality. dinner menu has a good variety and is tasty. friendly waiter.
