The hotel is very well located within walking distance to the main sites in the Old Town. The staff was very gentle and the ambient of the hotel was in general very pleasant. The breakfast was excellent.

I am still thinking 🤔

Great location, in the city center, with everything at walking distance - supermarkets, restaurants, bars, everything. Reception was really friendly, you can leave baggage with them for 25czk per bag. The hotel was clean but the roomservice didn't do much during my stay. The rooms are not that big but I just went there to sleep so it didn't bother me. I would go back there.

staff didn't know what they were serving for breakfast and didn't bother to find out - view from my window was a wall - it didn't bother me as I didn't spend much time in the room but it wasn't pleasant

Location is excellent, 2mins away from a lovely Vltava river promenade, 5 mins walk from Wenceslas square, 10mins walk from Charles bridge. Also surrounded by all amenities one might need. The hotel in general is a functional one without too much fancy stuff, (exactly what I was searching for). Our room was one with the castle view. Must say that it's a breathtaking view for a room. As for the room in general, it was a functional one as well. Not too big, but was perfect for 2 people. There were all stuff needed as well such as TV, kettle, minibar, safe, multiple power outlets. Breakfast was excellent as well, with a good variety of savory and sweet choices. The breakfast area is well kept as well and not to busy (obviously depending on the time one goes for breakfast). Staff is super friendly and helpful. *Must mention the roof terrace, which is the cherry on the cake. 360 degrees view of Prague. The only pity was that it closes at 10pm.

Nothing, everything was of excellent level

OK, when you walk in you wonder if this is really a four star hotel as the Lobby looks quite miserable. On top of it the decor propels you back to the 70s BUT: The room was bright, spacious and clean. The rooftop on the 9th floor gives you an amazing view over the City and more important the Location is highly strategic! Between 5 and 10 mn to the Charles Bridge, the City Square, the Vanceslas square. 2 minutes away from the rotating Kafka metal art of work and most of all in the middle of the restaurant, bar and club scene. Worth the money spent!

Lack of enthusiasm of the Front Desk staff and the terrible expresso/cappuccino machine! (Stick to filter coffee or tea!). Also the 25 czk to keep you luggage after check out is a bit mean.

Me and my friend stayed at this hotel for three days for a quick getaway to Prague. Strategic location, really close to the city center and the old town but away from the loud part, we slept very comfortably. It was an incredibly sunny and warm weekend and the AC worked perfectly during the night, we had no issue and woke up well rested everyday. Breakfast was on point, really good, would have appreciated a larger selection of bread but we live in Germany so that’s on us maybe 😂 the room was very clean, comfortable bed, I am not a fan of moquette but it looked cleaned and the bathroom was also perfect. Shampoo and lotion were available. We would definitely come back to the hotel.

The lift was a bit slow!

Wonderful location very easy walking distance to Old Town Square - 10 mins. Staff were lovely, breakfast really good quality and choice and the room was simple but perfectly comfortable with everything that I needed including a small desk & chair, fridge, hairdryer & toiletries. I was on the 8th floor so I had access to the roof terrace which was also a nice experience. Personally I also loved the bold red colours in the room as it's my fave colour. I was n a business trip but would also stay if I was vacationing.

There is only 1 elevator and I was on the 8th floor so I realised I had to allow time to perhaps wait for the elevator to go down and come back up if I missed it but this wasn't a problem for me.

Room was nice and bright. Sheets and bathroom was clean and it even had a mini bar. There's plenty of storage space available, which was really nice. Breakfast was really great with English breakfast, pancakes, soup and even vanilla pudding available. The kitchen has soy milk, if you ask. The hotel is located very close to Narodni trida tram station, which can pretty much take you anywhere in the city. The metro is also situated very close. The old town square is walking distance away. Be aware, that the staff is helpful, but do not expect a smily, friendly attitude - this is common for all of Chechia.

Three things were not satisfactory during our stay. 1. The pillows were terribly flat and uncomfortable. 2. Only on the last day coffee and tea was replenished in our room, despite that an electric heater was available. 3. Air-conditioning was very difficult it adjust, in order to get a comfortable temperature. Also, the cleaning staff forgot to replace the changed towels on one occasion, but this was quickly corrected, after contacting the reception.

The location was excellent. Near a major tram stop, and within easy walking distance of the old town square, numerous restaurants and shopping. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and the coffee shop/bistro attached was also very good. The staff was very friendly, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, and to enjoy the view of the city.

Even though we were on a higher floor, there was still some street noise. There was also construction across the street (no fault of the hotel, of course) that was going on ever day, even over the weekend. Still, even with that, the noise was not overly intrusive. The TV was an older one, and installed in a strangely high position on the wall (near the ceiling). It kept us from plugging in any extras like a Roku for our down time.

A small, but very comfortable, clean and relaxing room for an overnight stay with a great breakfast included. A decent location for Wenceslas Square and the Old Town.

The roof terrace was unavailable due to renovations, however this was not communicated during the booking process or whilst checking in. I found this out from a paper notice at the lift. This was disappointing, as i paid more for a room on the higher floor, specifically for access to this area. Had this been communicated I would have gone for a lower floor and cheaper room or an alternative property. Poor communication and pretty bad business practice for such a decent hotel otherwise.

Location Maintenance service was perfect Cleaning team are so kind Breakfast not bad For coffee lovers like me, espresso is not espresso at breakfast 😄 Bistro is good idea outdoor

My room was at 8th flr (not castle view) It was small because of the hotel design for upper flrs, but fair enough for solo traveler Curtains make the light enter so no deep sleep in the morning Hope they take into consideration our comments and renovate!
