Hotel Mucha

The reception staff were unfailingly helpful with two specific requests. When I needed to weigh my luggage, within the hour they provided a handheld digital scale so that I could ensure my cabin bag wasn't overweight. Also, when I left my phone charger and cable in my room, they offered to immediately post both to Germany at a fixed rate that I was more than happy with. Breakfast was absolutely magnificent with an enormous range of everything in a lovely room with character.

Sensors - I love sensors in most things anyway lol; but seeing them in hotel wardrobe lights similarly to what I have at home was surprisingly calming. I like this level of attention to detail. Clean design of the restrooms - hiding unnecessary features to ensure an uncluttered space was also considerably thoughtful design. Fat, soft, light switches! Ooooh ...you can tell I get excited about the weirdest things. The wallpaper was kinda 3D etched with gold and dark blue accents to compliment the dark furnishings in the room. Love it! Oh and the intrusive but accessible lighting! Ooooh that was a high point of my stay! A very much appreciated stay. I'll surely be coming back.

The hotel is extremely clean, the cleaning lady changed towels every morning, cleaned the room and used glasses. Very friendly staff, great location (15 minutes on foot to the old town, Florenc station 2 minutes away). There are many comments about the parking. I read the advice in one of the previous comments to park at the last stop of Metro C- Letnany. The metro ride from there takes 10 minutes, from the Florenc station to the hotel is a 2-3 minute walk (parking costs 6.5e/day). We recommend it. The rooms are very spacious.

Very large and confortable room (including free tea and coffee). 3 minutes walk from metro/tram/bus station. Friendly and helpful staff. 20 minutes walk to city old square.

The room was amazing!

There were two beds put together to make a larger bed , but it was annoying. one bed would have been much better.

The rooms were new, spacious and renovated. The staff was nice and helpful , breakfast was very good. Overall good value per money, I would recommend for a short stay. The Hotel is located in a good walking distance to the main square in Prague and has good connectivity with trains. Parking is a bit difficult , but we came on the weekend and then it's free.

Sometimes gets little loud , but nothing too serious. The lobby looks pretty out-dated , but that doesn't really affect the stay over-all.

Breakfast was quite nice - everything you could want for breakfast was available. Separate appreciation for good coffee - one of the few hotels that serve tasty coffee during breakfast. The room was very spacious and well-equipped. Even though the hotel stands near the road, it wasn't noisy in the room. The location was perfect - for me, the most important was the transport connection and distance to the office. In general, can recommend this hotel for a business trip.

I don't see any space for complaints. The only comment to add is that it would be nice to switch to the card access to the room or at least some smaller type of keychain that would be more convenient to carry.

We had a beautiful stay at Hotel Mucha! The location was a very easy walk or tram into the old town. We found it very easy to get around. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they booked several tours for us and were very happy to give advice and help. The single rooms were very spacious and we felt it was all a great price given the location. Beds comfy, very clean, good bathroom, good amenities. The decor was also quite beautiful, we liked the Mucha artwork and even the wallpaper had a beautiful design.

Fabulous value for money. Walking distance to the city centre while not crowded with tourists. Amazing and spacious rooms – very clean, tidy and freshly renovated. Breakfast was also very lovely – totally recommended if you'd prefer to save some money and time.

The only thing I didn't quite like was that the key to the room was not a card but a physical one with a heavy and large bundle, which made it not exactly easy to carry around, so I had to unplug it. A minor thing, but perhaps possible to fix.

Location, clean, easy access

Car parking. It is difficult to park close to the hotel unless you pay parking fees. Although you pay for parking, it is not easy to find a parking spot. The hotel can't have their own parking spots because it's sharing with the rest of the buildings, so if you have car, you better have it in a small size to fit easier in any parking spot and pay for the parking. Be aware that the hotel has nothing to do with this issue. It is a city issue in general.
