Hotel Suite Home Prague

The hotel is very well located close to Karlovo Náměstí with metro and tram stations and just a few minutes walk to famous Václavské Náměstí. The Žitná road is somewhat noisy, but the windows were well isolated, and our apartment had a well-functioning air condition. The apartment was spacy and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, the bed-sofa and additional child bed were quite good. The living room had a large table well suited for family meals. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding for a small place like this.

The "kitchen" in the apartment was small and suitable only for very basic cooking. One time in 4 days, there was nobody at the reception when we arrived, requiring us to call a phone number to enter the hotel. We had ordered a taxi at the reception for our departure; the taxi arrived late and turned out to be an unofficial cab (with no taxameter).

very well maintained building, we stayed at superior room/ suite (1+1) with two kids it has satisfied as very well. Rooms are big Internet connection was perfect. location of the hotel is great. you can access anywhere by walking. very clean, historical place. we can definitely recommend to anyone staying there. Staff in general was very helpful helpful.

they wanted to rent out a stroller to us at 15 Eur per day for a very bad condition one, i asked for discount or waiving the fee, the guy in the reception said that it is impossible which came to us strange since the stroller was not already broken one. However when we return the item we said our concerns about it and there was another receptionist i think her name was Angelina she was super super helpful and said that ok we will not charge for it. Breakfast is little bit weak

Very nice hotel in very good location with extremely friendly staff. The hotel rooms are very large and in a really nice old building Breakfast is also great. The staff at breakfast is very friendly and accommodating We will surely visit you again.

An employee who worked in the parking garage treated us very bad and he was very unfriendly. Due to his lack of English skills, there were also misunderstandings regarding the placement of our car. For 28€ per day (for parking) an absolute no-go. This is of course not the fault of the hotel but next time we will certainly not arrive by car. Especially because you have to give them the keys of the car.

Absolutely loved our stay here! The front desk staff were all very kind and welcoming (sorry I forgot to take their names, but we were greeted by a lady when we arrived and interacted with a gentleman during the day). Our train to Prague got terribly delayed, so we arrived at the hotel past midnight, but the lady very kindly and promptly helped us with check-in. The gentleman next day very kindly helped us with reserving tickets for a concert at the Rudolfinum, giving us very detailed info on picking up the tickets. I'd be remiss if I don't mention that the breakfast is excellent - the two ladies cooked us very tasty omelettes sprinkled with chives, and there's a wide selection of cheeses, fresh fruits, breads, and pastries every day. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would come back next time we visit Prague!

All staff (reception, breakfast and housekeeping) extremely friendly, attentive and warm, beautiful old apartment building in central location, apartments tastefully furnished, kitchen has dishwasher, high ceilings, very good breakfast served until 10.30am, interesting old photos on display in breakfast rooms, scrambled eggs made fresh to order, comfy bed, supermarket and other stores 5 minutes on foot away, lovely park 3 minutes away, double windows ensure quiet day and night even though house is on busy road. Reception staff very kindly printed our train tickets and gave us an extra duvet. 24-hour reception. Fast internet.

Loud music/ radio in breakfast room, cappucino has to be ordered from breakfast staff (maybe buy bigger coffee machine to reduce their workload?), no basic supplies in apartment kitchen (salt, pepper, oil would be appreciated).

Clean comfortable and quiet in great location. Breakfast was outstanding with varied and delicious items. Easily accommodated a vegan preference by the extra effort of the staff. Special thanks to Vladimir and Dona for this, and Iris and all the front reception staff. What a great team.

Pretty small shower enclosure with awkward valve placement. Found that it was best to get wet and then turn the water off to soap up and then water back on to rinse. This is probably a good thing to do anyway seeing as the water problems we are facing now and in the future. Just learning how to be water wise!

The apartment was spacious, the bedroom little smaller then in the pictures, but was ok. Baby crib was in good condition. The traffic on the street was barely heard. Breakfast was great, lot of choices, also fruit and vegetables. The staff was great. The apt was clean. Parking in garage about 300m from the hotel. Early check-in and late check-out possible if available. Still within the city center, lot of choices for public transport, Good restaurants close by.

Shower was on the smaller size, but ok for few days. Someone needs to buzz you in to get to the hotel, so when the person left for a moment from the reception, you have to wait. It would be better if the room card could also open the door to the hotel. Kitchen could use few more plates, dishes, pan.

Very nice and helpful personnal. Good breakfast. Good bed. The cleaning of the room everyday was great. The hotel is perfectly placed, just 10/15 minutes of walk to the city center and the metro. The neighborhood is calm. There was a thermostat to set the good temperature at our convenience, perfect for winter. In the end, good for a city trip or even for work.

The bathroom was oddly arranged. The shower is clearly too small while there is a big empty space on the other side. It lacks 2 shelfs or a furniture to have a bit of storage. A separate WC would have been nice. A furniture to store the shoes in the entrance would have been perfect, especially with the snow. The slippers are a bit short for people with long feet.

A very nice hotel, good value for the money. We had a small flat, a spacious room with a kitchen. The breakfast was excellent, everything you can ask for, and you can also get panncaces, waffles, scrambled eggs and bacon upon demand. Very nice staff in reception and breakfast room. Good location a 15 minutes walk from the old town and Charles' bridge. Upon our departure, the man in the reception booked a taxi for us to the airport, to a fixed price which was cheaper than the taxi we took from the airport to town.

The pillows were not comfortable. however, maybe they would have changed it if I hade asked for it.

I liked the proximity of the hotel to the Museum Metro stop on Wenceslas Square and to Tram 18 in Karlovo Namesti, as well as to Albert‘s Grocery, DM drug store, Raiffeisenbank, and any number of beautiful walks to the Old Town. The breakfast is delicious, with a range of choices. Vladimir and his colleagues in the kitchen were charming, efficient, and helpful. Jan and Maurice at the reception desk took great care of guests, stowing baggage and arranging for taxis.

This is a sweet boutique hotel, and everything was great! I wish I had had a bathtub, but it seems that fewer and fewer hotels have bathtubs in CZ. I am from the USA.
