Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena

This is the perfect location if you are attending a show at Copenhagen Arena. 1 minute walk to venue. I felt safe travelling alone and staying here. Staff were very friendly. Close to train station too. The monochrome decor of the room was really nice with a black and white concert photo as a feature wall.

Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena is in a great location and it is about 25 minutes on the Metro from Copenhagen Airport. The Metro fare is 30 DKK (3 zones). From the airport take the M2 (Yellow line) heading to "Vanløse Station” and change at "Christianshavn Station". From there take M1 (Green line) heading to "Vestamager Station" and get off at "Ørestad Station”. Cross the road and keep walking on the left. Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena is situated five minutes away from Ørestad Metro Station. Returning back to the Copenhagen Airport cost 24 DKK (2 zones). These fares were verified by the station staff. My room in the hotel was spacious. I requested for a fan and one was given to me to use throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi was stable and fast. Reasonable size TV. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Generous breakfast to keep one going for the day. Would I use OR recommend Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena? 100% YES!

Lack of intercom in the room. The first room that was allocated to me had the wash hand basin leaking. I had to take the lift down to the reception to report the leakage. I was told that since everyone has a phone it is expect for guest to use their phone to call. I find this strange as I have a foreign number. The toilet roll is actually PAPER. Zleep Hotel Copenhagen Arena of this high caliber should provide proper soft toilet rolls. The lady at the reception desk in the morning of 30/07/2023 lack Customer Service skills.

clean, nice facilities, good WiFi, nice tv, good location.

no airco, the room was extremely hot. sometimes barely breathable. luckily we brought our own fan.

Close to metro, train stations and shopping mall (several options for breakfast and supermarket). If you are looking for a convenient location and used to airport type hotels, ok.

Poor ventilation, if open the window noise from resideetial flats just behind the room could be heard. Or people talking loudly just accross the room (1st floor) Outside/external noise, people loudly talking on phone clearly heard even with window and curtain closed. This is high peak season and understand the prices are not cheap however little bit more basic amenities would be good (safe box would be great to have). Aunts around the room and bathroom, some even were playing inside my shoes 😆

excellent value for money, great location within 15 min to the center. the hotel is new and well kept. breakfasts are not offering wide selection of everything but super tasty!

the machine on the reception could charge extra money, please check it with stuff, they will make a refund in case of an error.

All seems new and good facilities overall Easy check-in, check out. Good size room, unusually high ceiling. Good drinkable tap water. As everywhere but here it was advertised with a sign, and even had a tap near the reception. Interesting new quarter with new buildings, mall, office buildings, suspended metro line 10 min to center, train station to Malmo or Central Station in Copenhagen, highway etc. But not very populated.

Could get very hot as the window is huge and my room window was oriented to the sun. Must keep shades on all the time (button triggered-cool touch). Also stayed at ground floor and there was some construction going on, powerful machinery working at 8am.

The staff was helpful when I had to pay double for parking because of easypark in the garage.

Food was not so impressive (breakfast). That you had to boil your own eggs was really annoying. You mixed up woth other people's egg, and when you had small kids they were not so happy that they had to wait extra for eggs to boil. When you are visiting a hotel one of the nice things is that you dont need to do this stuff yourself 😅

Proximity to the venue of the gig, and to transport links into Copenhagen and to the airport. Room was a great size and very comfortable

Lack of good food options nearby. Stony path and construction at the front of the property. I didn't interact with a single human while there. There seemed to be little preventing people without rooms to roam the accommodation

The hotel is outside the city and it takes approximately 15-20 minutes to the city centre. The metro station is a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. If you come by car you can park it in the parking garage right above Burger King - there are special parking spots reserved for guests (easy to find). There is a self check-in at a computer, also super easy. The staff is available at the bar until 7pm so if you have questions you can ask them. We asked for a quiet room in advance, which is exactly what we got. The room was big enough for the two of us, clean and nice. We would definitely recommend staying there as it is not too expensive (in comparison to the city centre), you‘re in the city quickly and it is comfortable.

The morning we checked out the cleaning lady walked into our room around 9am without knocking and we we’re a little shocked to be honest because we could have been asleep or naked from the shower or whatever. She was wondering what we were still doing in the room although check out is at 11am. Next time I would love for the cleaning staff to just knock to avoid a weird situation :-) Nothing serious, everything is fine and we weren’t mad, it would have just been nice to knock first :-)

This hotel was a perfect choice. It's very close to the railway/metro/bus station so you can honestly travel from there to every corner of Copenhagen or visit Sweden by train. Room was nice, quiet, clean and cozy. In the bathroom you can find towels, shower gel and hair dryer. Bed is very comfortable so you can just relax and sleep well. Self check in and check out option is very convenient. I will definitely book it again next time.
