Swiss Inn Nile Hotel

I really enjoyed breakfast time. The manager and staff were very kind and friendly. We were served very delicious food and experienced a few other Egyptian dishes. Staff at Reception were generally very helpful as well.

Our rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. We could notice that room service was partially done and perhaps no cleaning detergents were used, as we always noticed dirt from a previous day in some areas of the room (bathroom basin area, bedroom cupboards and dirty glasses were left there all week)

It was very nice stay and great staff hospitality. All staff were very helpful indeed especially Mr Said at the Reception, He was very helpful with great co-operations with Respect. Also Mohammed Jamal he was very nice person and helpful. In reality all were great staff. Muwaffak Al-Shoaibi

Needs some refreshments to the carpet in the Holloway at the floor 7. WIFI WAS NOT GREAT

The location is great, helpful staff, nice roof pool and the staff on the roof restaurant are very nice The view and setting on the roof is very good

The elevators can take long time to come and cause some delays There were some construction work on the fourth floor and that caused lots of noises for the first two nights of my stay, however, when I contacted the manager, they changed my room to a higher floor away from the noise

The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful, especially but far from exclusively Sayed and Mahmoud, they went over and above their roles for making my visit memorable. I was on a return visit from the previous week and my return was recognised by all, along with a great welcome.

There is a refurbishment programme going on and the rooms awaiting refurbishment are a little tired, but they are still comfortable.

One of my favorite hotels in Cairo. On one side, you see the magnificent Nile river and Pharaoh Village while just a few meters in the back of the hotel is a traditional Egyptian neighborhood with shops everywhere that sells everything from daily essentials to furniture, electronics and so on. The rooms are very spacious and we were lucky to book rooms with magnificent views of the Nnile river. The roof-tpp swimming pool is superb with ship-like structure and panoramic views with the Nile River. All in all, it was a very memorable experience and the hotel has become my favorite spot for a quality family time in Cairo.

At the beginning, I noticed that the hotel front desk staff were treating customers based on their nationality (priority to Westerners). I made a complaint to hotel management and it was received positively and I noticed a significant change after my complaint. We became all friends with all hotel staff to the point we had a Ramadan breakfast time together like a family so it was a problem that resulted in positive outcomes for everyone.

I was in doubt about this hotel due to low score on booking.com, when I got there I couldn’t believe how nice the hotel was! Fancy reception, bedroom felt expensive too, tasty and cheap a la carte food, beautiful pool area and so nice view to the Nile! I was impressed!!! I can’t recommend enough! And very fair prices!!! I’d definitely be back! ❤️

It's really good value for money. Food, cleanliness, service, and also the rooms are very spacious.

The only thing that I would comment on is that water is not part of the open buffet breakfast

Many thanks to reception desk who was welcoming & offered me a free uprade from standard room to suite with panoramic nile view , which was clean , tidy & spacious , with great view also. Sure I will come again

The whole stay was Great, Staff were very helpful, We enjoyed the swimming pool on the roof with amazing views of Cairo.

Shampoo on the bathroom was not great. Fridge not functioning properly. Other Facilities were not bad at all.
