The overall property was very good…really enjoyed the entertainment, and how the entertainment staff got involved. Also liked the pool facilities and beach coral reef and archery The staff overall were very friendly, and we loved the cleaning crew who did our rooms

I thought the lobby toilets needed to be cleaned more frequently. Each time we used them they were not very clean. The massage staff by the pool were very pushy - to the point of annoyance. The fitness centre needs to be open earlier - opening at 8 is a little too late for people like us who want to do excursions The communication of the reception staff needs to be improved…we ordered early check in on arrival and were told to wait because it was early, for another guest to just arrive and be checked in immediately. It wasn’t very polite. The food was at times bland and all the drinks had lots of sugar in it…it would be nice to have a wider selection of fruit for instance watermelon and pineapple, and fresh orange juice instead of orange squash

I enjoyed a great week at the resort, the staff made the experience as the hotel was overall very quiet and no other guests really spoke English (95% Russian/Ukrainian and other Eastern European countries. Food - I found this great, however as a vegan it was almost impossible to stick to this diet. If you are less restricted with your diet I.e. you can eat cheese and meat you will be more than fine! Food was changed regularly to give you great options and Adel Semi, Antonius and Adel Adham were all very prompt to help, made good conversation and even remembered my drinks orders. Drinks - Again, this was another perk of the hotel and speed of service helped by the fact it was a quieter time in the hotel. On the first night when I arrived I met Ammar, who became a good friend and would make me different drinks that I hadn’t tried on the menu. He knew his job very well and is a very likeable character, going out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. The beach was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the Salh was very friendly and always respectful and polite - remembering drinks orders and bringing them to me, going the extra mile! Entertainment - There is always something to do at the hotel from activities to evening shows, all of which are supported and organised by the excellent animators. Sebastian became a good friend over the week and was always very welcoming with good advice about what to do in the hotel. Pros - Overall I had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. My purpose as a solo traveler was to relax and get some peace & quiet after a busy year, and it certainly served that purpose. Everything I needed was taken care of within the hotel and the staff really are amazing.

Cons - The majority of other guests at the hotel spoke Russian, which was a shame because it was difficult to communicate with them and as an English speaker you felt very isolated at times. This is no fault of the hotel, it’s perhaps worth considering this when you travel as I didn’t do my research and did not realise that Russian make up around 40% of all of Egypt’s tourism income. The swimming pool is essentially unusable in the winter time because it it so cold. I mean seriously, I like a cold water swim but this was just freezing and a waste - something so small like this could easily be changed and there’s no surprise that I didn’t see a single other guest using the pool during the week there.

Me and my partner we had an amazing experience at Magic hotel ! We really felt like in paradise. Staff there is doing everything to make the guests feel comfortable. There are also a great team in charge of activities such as aqua gym, pilates, dancing, etc. We really recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

The grounds are beautiful, staff are all super friendly and attentive and very helpful. The food had lots of choice and was of high quality, really liked the live cooking stations. They take security here seriously which is reassuring. The room was lovely and always kept clean, shower was great after a long day. The entertainment program was good. The cocktails were amazing! Not the cheap kind but the proper ones you'd pay for at a bar and they had a very extensive list. You can see lots of fish from the jetty and the beach was okay. Lots of choices where you can spend your time and there's always food and drink nearby.

As a solo single traveller there were a couple of the staff members that latched onto me, as in, didn't leave me alone even when I wanted to be and constantly asked me why I'm not married and how many kids I want etc and kept wanting me to spend my time with them either at the beach or by the pool when a lot of the time I was out on tours/activities. Also having to walk past the in-hotel shops and explain why I didn't want to go in there for annoying quickly. But 98% of the staff were friendly, attentive and respectful and did an amazing job! It didn't really bother me that much but worth mentioning if you're a young female visiting, just say you're married.

The food is good, whole place is very clean and well kept. The territory is green and beautiful; Hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. Evening shows are amazing; Shout out to Vlad and his team of performers, true professionals, and a special extra warm thank you to Ammar who made the evenings extra positive

As other reviews state, the pools are not warmed, so they won't be much warmer than the sea. The "relax" one is warmed a bit and was fine, but be aware if you're going in December.

Wonderful spacious rooms. Many bars and very tasty drinks, made very quickly and efficiently, wonderful staff.

Sauna was not included. They asked me 21eu per person. Photographers and sellers of excursions were very annoying. Wifi was awful. Diving center doesn't work. Only 1 visits to additional restaurants. For the next visit you need to pay $15 per person.

Very good management, Supportive reception! Many pluses so I don't write about some minor minuses. Comfortable bed and pillows, beautiful balcony with a view, variety of food, very clean big area of the hotel and very good service!

Activities (may be due the not many young people at the time). The evenings is good if you like to relax and have a rest! The perfect place but no night life.

-Phenomenal service (especially Sobhy at the reception, always going the extra mile) -super friendly and attentive staff -dinner is 10/10, lunch is 6/10, breakfast is 5/10 but still healthy options, fruits and good coffee -very clean and good pool -very clean and well maintained facilities -super cool and well organised activity team, nice yoga & stretching -good evening entertainment with great dancers -good cocktails 7/10 -guests were almost 100% only Russians and they were very pleasant guests.

-wlan poorly working, not working in the room -we had 8 pillows but all of them were too high/ neck hurting for us. -beach is not for people who like to go swimming (too shallow)

Very nice place and special thanks to Mr. Sobhi in the front desk he was so helpful and kind, it was one of the fastest check-in I had ever received so thanks to him alot, the same thing for Mr. Atef the bell captain he helped me alot for showing me everything in the hotel and taking good care of my luggage tell my room even the same in the checkout out time really I enjoyed so much my stay there and for sure I gonna do it again
