Very nice spa and delicious breakfast, so many foods to choose from. Good location and good restaurants options inside the hotel. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Also room was pet friendly and hotel gave our dog a gift bag, which was super sweet. We had a great time enjoying spa with our family. Our son really liked kids pool and all the pool safety gear.

The room at first felt little bit cool, there was no option to change room temperature. You can hear the neighbours passing by the room, but it wasn't too much disturbing. The most unnecessary thing was a one key that needed to be used to lock the shelf and the fridge that was inside. So everytime we used the fridge, we needed to unlock/lock both of those with the same key. Wasting time and patience 😀 Also the slippers wasn't included in the room, so we needed to go barefoot to the spa. But that's fine I guess.

We we're here for the second time and liked it again very much. We got upgraded to the more modern rooms which are really comfy and nice. We love the spa area and kids were super happy there. The hotel had also renovated much of the spa so all looked very clean and new. Nice surprise was a welcome gift to our dog with all kinds of little things for him to enjoy.

It would be nice if the spa was open a bit longer in the evening, just one extra hour would be nice. Now they close the pools at 8.30 and sauna area at 9.

our 6yo loved the place, pool area and play rooms were her favourite of course. The room was comfy enough & very clean as well.

Two main shortcomings: 1- The only a la carte restaurant, Little Italy, serves sub par food for premium prices. Service is unacceptably slow and the selection is abysmal. The only good thing is that the kids menu is laid out in a fun way and our daughter loved what she got. 2- All rooms supposedly feature a smart tv w/ chromecast so you can cast whatever from your own device. As quite a technologically literate person, I couldnt get it working, neither the staff. Lucky that we were so knackered after all the fun in the pool we didnt miss it in the evening.

Nice place for a family holiday. We enjoyed it there with 2 little kids. Pool and other facilities for the kids made our holiday nice and easy. We had our meals at the hotel. Food was nice.

Sofa-beds could be more comfortable, in my opinion.

As return guests, we booked the same type of room but requested some changed in regard to what experience we had last time. The staff was forthcoming and helpful, and we enjoyed our "upgrade". Spa, food, and beds are still superb.

Sound insulation still remains a somewhat issue. You can hear some neighbours speaking through your ventilation shafts, even make out what they are saying. But it is not loud nor disturbing enough to pay attention.

It was amazing swimming pool providing fun activities and facilities for kids. Also for adults enjoying the spa, saunas, external pool and aqua gym session.

Poor number of staff to prepare meals at the restaurant in the evening.

Great spa area with areas for kids different age. Dinner menu was wonderful, decent breakfast, free parking. Nice playgrounds and gym with all the needed equipment. Great lake view! Short drive to Tampere.

Sound insulation could be better because we could hear neighbours in a room close by partying until 2AM.

The spa is excellent... very clean and very child friendly. The bed is extremely comfortable. The location is fantastic... right next to the lake.

Great staff, nice rooms. Lovely breakfast. Great fun at the pool area. Highly recommended for families...

All was good. The view was on the parking place but well we came to enjoy the pool.
