Urban Hôtel & Spa

This was a lovely, well-equipped modern hotel. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. It was clean and cool when the air-conditioning was on - which was much needed whilst we were there. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfasts were very good.

There is not much English spoken in the Savoie region. Obviously, that is our problem and not that of the people who live there or the hotel. However, we struggled a little at times when communicating with the staff. Apart from that, we had nothing to complain about!

Hotel is located in the very center of the city, in the green quite area. Bed and pillows are very comfortable, slept like a baby. Nice, polite and sympatic crew. Of course breakfast is top quality, tasty coffee, crêpes, orange fresh, strawberry jam is awesome, like my home-made. Thanks to such breakfast I also learnt local products that I could after buy on the way back home.

Wi-Fi signal in the room was weak.

Urban Hotel is centrally located in Aix-les-Bain, includes a comfortable restaurant on the first floor and a breakfast room on the first floor. Staff is friendly and will help with info about the locale.

The bathroom/shower area (at least in some rooms) is semi-enclosed, so might be a consideration for privacy if you are sharing a room.

Excelent room for the family of five. Great that the hotel has a pool so kids and adults can relax a little more. beds, bathrooms, clean and good quality.

turkish sauna didn't work aircondition in the main bedroom worked, but the other room didn't pretty tight in the second room with opened sofa and chair.

The Urban & Spa Hotel is just fine. Good size bedroom and bathroom. Slippers and bathrobe were provided as well as an electric kettle. There is also a coffee machine in the lounge area. We did not use the pool or other spa facilities during our short stay. The hotel is located on a street that has excellent food shops. We would gladly stay there again,

Property was exactly as described and perfect for what we needed. It was clean and staff were really friendly and helpful.

Only one lift so can take a little while at busy times (eg checkout).

Location and parking and staff - all superb.

Small rooms, no refrigerator, insufficient space for luggage, dangerously slippery tub/shower, no useful shelves in bathroom, slow small elevator. The adjoining but apparently independent restaurant was terrible - pretentious and bad tasting food, overpriced, slow service.

Excellent buffet breakfast well organised and good covid precautions. Good location very close to the town centre. Great on site parking which is a plus but €€ cost.

Only 1 elevator/lift and was slow. Covid cleanliness in the elevator was poor. Vanity unit plug not functioning.

Recently renovated hotel close to town centre. Very modern, clean and chic. Underground parking (for a fee). Very friendly staff. Great location close to the town bars and restaurants (although a long way from the lake). Great value for money.
