Great location, friendly staff and outstanding restaurant. Booked for one night B&B for our car journey south. The location was very good, a couple of miles off of the motorway. Room was very clean and comfortable. It looked recently decorated and renovated as everything was in very good condition and very modern bathroom. The hotel has a large secluded car park at the rear which was ideal as we had bicycles on the roof. We decided to eat dinner at the hotel and so glad we did. The restaurant was outstanding! The breakfast was also extremely good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for value for money and an enjoyable stay. If you are just using this place to stop over, make time for dinner and breakfast. The town looks lovely too but we didn't have chance to explore properly.

Wanted to spend more time there.

Interesting place - excellent gourmet restaurant with a few rooms "air b&b" style. Our room was small but more than adequate and included a small area with sink, microwave and crockery etc (which we used for morning coffee). The star of the stay was undoubtedly our evening meal in the on site restaurant which was excellent.

Our initial room allocation was not acceptable - very noisy overlooking the Route de Rouen. Hotel Management immediately allocated an alternative room at the rear of the property which was excellent. Unfortunately the shower leaked badly so we resorted to placing a towel at the base of the glass door on the inside and informed management on our departure.

Lovely, welcoming, staff. Our room was spotlessly clean and very well equipped - couldn't fault it. Dinner was delicious and fairly priced - not inexpensive but you get what you pay for. If arriving by car, the private car park has ample room & no headroom restriction. We were in a van and stayed at Le Vivier instead of staying in Amiens where surface parking is limited & not necessarily secure. Great to stay in family run accommodation instead of the usual chain hotels

Not "what didn't you like" but advice. If you are mobility restricted, the narrow entrance door and steep stairs mean Le Vivier accommodation is not suitable for you. The restaurant will be fine

Smart and comfortable place to stay on our way back to Calais following a long road trip. The hotel is well-placed for a road trip as it's on the outskirts of the city and has a car park. It was a 30 minute walk to the cathedral which was good for a leg stretch. The restaurant attached to the hotel is very good (though expensive). The room itself was very comfortable and we enjoyed a breakfast hamper in our room on the Sunday morning.

It was fine for us but there are very steep stairs to the second floor of the hotel.

Restaurant and Hotel on the south side of Amiens. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff (we arrived very early and were checked in without problems), clean and comfortable rooms, superb breakfast in an airy dining room. Parking is good. It's about 20 mins easy walk to the sites in the centre of Amiens (cathedral and belfry), a bit less to Jules Verne's House and the Musee De Picardie, another ten minutes to the riverfront and Les Hortillonnages which are on the far side of the centre.

Hotel is ideally located if you are travelling to/from UK, I've used this hotel a few times when travelling back through France as a stopover before getting the Eurotunnel back to the UK. It is on the outskirts of Amiens just as you come off the motorway.

If you did want to explore Amiens this is hotel is about a 30-minute walk toward the centre and the restaurant located downstairs has an annual closures from around 22nd July to 23rd august.

It was a lovely property, very quaint and the interior had been very well renovated with a great bathroom. It was very comfortable and our host was accommodating. Communication with Christine was very good. She gave me all the information I needed and self-check in was easy. I would highly recommend this property.

No milk was provided. If you need milk and you’re not getting a breakfast pack then I would suggest you request it.

Food was delicious, the shower was great and a comfortable bed

The breakfast was very expensive, bedroom overlooked the road and was noisy with window open which was necessary as no air con or fan available

Although unattended we were guided through entry and to our room by telephone. Location was ideal for our transit through to Calais. Pharmacy 1 minute away for return to uk antigen test. Fantastic Boulangerie for breakfast less than 5 mins walk.

Good shower but the door didn’t fit well causing a mini pool on the floor-hope no lasting damage from that.
