Good location and good room.
Breakfast is based on sweets with no cheese or ham etc. You have to pay for extra. Pequeno almoço fraco. É servido como se fosse um café e é a base de doces. Tanto que tive que pedir queijo e fiambre e foi-me cobrado a parte.

The bed sheets and towels were clean and there was a view into the square.
The room smelled so strongly of mould when I opened the door that I gagged. There was a visible patch of black mould above the door of the bathroom. The smell was not limited to the bathroom though, it was also in the bedroom and hallway. The bathroom door had huge holes in it as if someone had punched it from the inside and out. There is no air conditioning, which was an oversight on my part, and I don't deduct points for this point. I do think it's bad that I arrived at 10pm to a room with the windows and shutters closed when it had been 39°c during the day. Surely it would have been smart to leave the windows open to cool the room in the evening? It took hours for the room to cool down enough for me to sleep and I slept with the windows wide open to reduce the impact of the mould. There were inexplicably many flies in the bathroom around the sink. The bins were empty and i couldn't find any source, but it was really off-putting.on top of everything else. Finally, the housekeeping started hammering on my door 20 minutes before checkout, rudely telling me to leave. It was really unnecessary and odd. I hate to write anything but the positives, but this place was really disappointing. If I hadn't arrived so late I would have left and found somewhere else. I won't go back and don't recommend that anyone else does either.

The location is close but the hotel doesn't deserve a 7.6
They kept the sheets from the previous customer, they just arranged it as it's unused but unfortunately the hair of the previous client was on the pillow and in the bed. The bathroom was rusty and there was hair too. There was no receptionist so I called, they told me to take the key of another room and see... The other room had the exact same problem... Very bad experience
