Nice room and facilities.
Nobody on reception when I arrived (even though my arrival time had been acknowledged by the hotel). I then had to call an international number (for me) in order to arrange entry to the room.

We booked 2hrs before we arrived because it said it had late check in until midnight and was a good location to the motorway. When we got the barrier 11pm it was closed and the touch screen pad to put our booking ref did not work. I called the number and it went to an answer machine. After 20 minutes of frustration I finically got a call on my mobile and I was told by the receptionist that they had been a asleep! They obviously were not expecting us! The room was clean but only one of light bulbs worked and the showers did not work but it did have a bath. It is a real shame as the place was perfect in many aspects but was let down by a few things. Would I stay again - maybe.

when we finally got into the room everything was ok
we had arranged to book in between 11 am & 12 (which was not outside their check in hours) after driving from Italy overnight, nearly 800 miles but nobody turned up so rang after 12 to be told we couldn't book in until 4pm but he texted back with the room number which we went to & it was so disgusting left by the previous occupant we waited in the car.

Location and parking place was the only things to appreciate.
Breakfast was really small and nothing special, for 9 euros really expensive. The worth thing was the cleanliness, dirty bed sheets and hairs everywhere

Latish arrival - room numbers were advised by phone though one was changed
Single bed was AWFUL - the mattress was an insult. On complaining the manageress would not look at it and walked away from me. No kettle, pre-ordered breakfast was poor; they double-supplied one room and tried to charge me for the extra. I was bitten 42 times by bed bugs which didn't start to itch until after departure. This irritation got worse and took in excess of a week requiring constant treatment for the bites to stop being inflamed. I am Gold Level user and never before complained like this about an accommodation.
