We had 2 rooms with an interconnecting door. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was good, with air con. The pool was small but useful for our 8 year old after a long drive. The food in the restaurant was good, and the staff were friendly. My husband had to explain what a gin & tonic was to one of the bar staff though. The breakfast offered a reasonable choice of boiled/scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, cheese, ham, fruit, yoghurt, croissants & cereal (no GF options, but we didn't ask). The hotel also had Tesla chargers, but not chargers for other EVs that we could see. Overall a decent hotel with reasonable facilities for the price.
A little dated in decor. Fairly basic but had everything we needed for one night. We were given a triple room with a disabled bathroom/wet room, but the door was extremely stiff and our son got stuck in there.

For a summer visit the location is good and dinner in restaurant was good.
AC did not work in the first night. Receptionist just recommended to open the window as it was cool enough during the night. However, moscito bites and the noise she did not mention.

seemed to get eaten alive . we were told that it was not bed bugs. Some rooms have no aircon controls. You have to ring reception for temp adjustment.
