The location is ideal for the Congress Center if you need a place just for a conference at a reasonable price. The bus stop for C1, C2, and No. 9 buses are right next to the hotel. The Congress Center is in a walking distance, ca. 15 min or less, and you can find a good tiny supermarket "Vival" on the way, very close to the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, but amenities were minimal. However, a coffeemaker and several glasses and plates were ready (oddly no cutlery, but you can ask them at the reception). The water pressure of the shower was excellent. I didn't have the breakfast.

When I stayed, air-conditioning was not working over the whole facility due to renovation. No free room cleaning, and you have to ask the reception for new towels; but it was okay for me. No fridge was the downside, because the concept seems to be long-stay, DIY-style.

The place is exactly as described and shown on pictures. Nice staff, enough space in a room, small kitchen in a cabinet, some tea and coffee available. Good water stream in a shower, hot water.

Only one toilet paper for two people for four days, we had to ask for a next. Only one cup for a coffee. Shower is within the bath, it is a bit slippery.

The small apartment was very spacious, clean, with a small cooking stove, refrigerator and other amenities. It did NOT have everything I needed but it was otherwise very good for self-catering. The location was absolutely perfect for me.

I was repeatedly warned that there would be no A/C. That was o.k. because they provided fans. They did not clean the rooms every day and the recycling and trash was a bit complicated to get rid of.

Very friendly staff; polite and offered excellent customer care. Rooms are comfortable with inbuilt kitchen with fridge, stove, utensils and microwave. However, room service provided once every three days or so. It's almost like a serviced apartment. Very good connectivity to city metro services. Many restaurants around the hotel.

Corridors are not that clean; and carpets are dusty.

The hotel is located in walking distance of the congress center, which makes it a good choice. It also has good access to the highway, the airport, and the city center.

During the stay, the AC was being repaired; during summer, it is a bit uncomfortable, particularly during the night. However, I had been informed well in advance by the staff. The situation was better than what I was expecting: it rained during my stay.

The accommodation was well located with respect to the convention center. The check in was really smooth and the staff were friendly. The fact that there was always cold water for drinking helped a lot with the heat wave. The room was spacious.

When I visited, the air conditioning was not working. That was really unfortunate as it was more than 30 degrees outside and made sleeping very difficult, even with a fan.

The hotel was easily located right near where I needed to be, and there were two bus lines that I used extensively to travel around Lyon. The apartment/suite itself was well appointed, with a microwave, glasses, a small refrigerator and kitchenette (did not use, but the fridge did keep my drinks cold)

The door to the kitchenette dragged on the ground, making it slightly difficult to open. The sink was a basin on a table, and didn't have a good place to put your toiletries. The safe was not connected to power and so didn't work. There was a heating/ac unit, also not connected to power. The desk/chair was a little low slung.

We have spent a wonderful time in the "Appart' City". We had a lovely stay in this gorgeous place. The location was perfect: in peaceful area,  close to the center of Lyon. The room was clean and big enough for four persons. Moreover, the staff was both professional and friendly. We had an amazing time thanks to their warm welcome. We felt like living at home. For sure, we highly recommend this place.

The location is very convenient for visiting the fair across the river. The facilities in the room were good, but not all rooms are equal. Some are very small.

The lack of air-conditioning was unpleasant during the hot summer weather. The communications to the centre of Lyon is relatively long.

The apartment is conveniently located. Quick access to public transport and shops are nearby. They maintain the rooms very well with all the necessary facilities. The staff is really friendly and helpful. We stayed for 5 days to attend a conference at centre de congrès de lyon and it was just a walking distance away.
