Kyriad Colmar Centre Unterlinden

Kind staff, pretty quiet area within walking distance from the city center, plastic-free policy (with water cooler available to the guest). Breakfast was good, plenty of sweet and savory food to choose from. The room was clean and cozy, it suited perfectly the short stay (1 night). Parking space is available in front of the hotel or nearby.

Very minor annotations about the bathroom: the only rack for the towels is inside the shower (couldn't find another place where to hang the two small towels); the opaque glass bathroom door unfortunately makes it impossible to go to the toilet at night without waking up the other person in the room.

It was clean, bright and reception staff was very good. Fernanad was very helpful, welcoming and polite. Clara was one of the best I have come across in a long time. She had all the qualities one would expect in reception staff and more.

Room was too small. There were not even enough pegs for hanging clothes. Towels could no be saved as nowhere to hang for drying. A lot could be improved even in small size room. Only good if overnight stay and not 3 days we stayed in.

free parking, perfect for those traveling by car and less than 10 m waking far away from the city center. beautiful lounge and very good breakfast. I like the idea of the water dispenser and also that you can get some very good pastry for free. I would go back

just a small detail. I got from booking the confirmation mail that my request (camomilla in the room) was accepted and taken care of while, when we arrived, they said they didn’t have it. If I knew it, I could have brought it from home.

Very clean rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was nice, there was definitely something for everyone. Having air conditioning was also a great plus during this hot summer. The room and the bed was comfortable. It was great to have a little table. It was very quiet, you can't hear the neighbours or the road. Only the door let's through some sound from the corridor.

The location wasn't so great, but the heat probably coloured my opinion as well. The bathroom is a little hard to navigate, because it is pretty small and door opens into the bathroom. Elbows were banged many times. There isn't much space to have luggage, nor is there much storage capacity. The room could feel a bit small for two people or if you need to stay longer than two nights.

The continental breakfast was nice with a variety of pastries, cereal, juice, cheese, etc. The staff were all helpful. Interior decor is new and clean.

There is no lift in the hotel. There are only the ground and first floors though so manageable. The room is a bit small. The location is away from the train station; buses are not frequent so be prepared to walk if you have a train/flight to catch. The neighborhood could be quiet in the evening with few shops around.

The best thing in this hotel was the bed! OMG, the most comfortable bed EVER!!! The staff were also very friendly. The breakfast was excellent and even when we ate rather late, they still had plenty of everything. Having a dog was absolutely no problem at all. This is not always true in French hotels, so we were very thankful for this.

The parking was challenging at times, they really squeeze in as many cars as possible, which was good, because we got a parking space on the hotel grounds and didn't have to park on the street. It's about a 15 minute walk to the city center, but if you need a hotel WITH PARKING, this was a very good choice.

The location of Kyriad is just off the beaten path, therefore quiet, but close enough to comfortably walk into the city. The hotel has many free private parking spaces available which is great. The breakfast was a great touch in the morning to get you going, it has everything you need. The hotel has a funky, modern look and was very clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Kyriad and will definitely visit again.

Only one small point: the doors to the rooms are self-closing, i.e: you don't have to pull the door closed yourself, it shuts behind you automatically. However, when the doors shut this way, they make quite a bang, which is not great if you're planning on sleeping in a little but have early birds in rooms around yours.

Breakfast was good value - they serve basic stuff like croissants, waffles, baguette, toast, jam, boiled eggs, sausages, juice, coffee, tea etc.etc. Parking - we were fortunate and got a good free hotel parking spot. Rooms are compact but practical. Air condition was great as it was extremely hot. There is no refrigerator but a kettle. Front office - friendly, efficient and professional. Location - a good 10 minute walk to town centre. Of course this is not a 5 star property so I’m not sure what some guests expect. A good well maintained budget hotel.

Been here once before and booked my daughters in for their annual little get away together. Didn’t disappoint. It is clean, modern, spacious rooms, good sized bathroom, short walk to the centre of Colmar, free parking outside, friendly staff and great value for money. I would like to thank the kind staff for allowing my daughters to stay a little extra longer, when one of them fell ill. Thank you so much.

Modern hotel on the edge of Colmar, within easy walking distance of the old town. Free parking outside (limited, but we were lucky). Small room but well set up including kettle and a choice of pillows (firm or soft). Added bonus of the lounge which had a pool table, which we enjoyed using after dinner. Breakfast was good value for money and more varied than many French hotels. Quick, efficient, friendly check-in.

As mentioned, quite a small room, so perhaps best for a shorter stay, but still comfortable.
