Novotel Deauville Plage

We stayed in an Executive Double Room with Balcony with easy access for my husband who is a wheelchair user. The room was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing especially at sunset. However what made our stay an unforgettable and pleasant experience was the kindness of the staff, particularly Walid who was so attentive to our needs and just so polite and so kind. But also a big thank you to Emilia and Maxime who were always ready to assist. There was no parking space available for us at the hotel but having a blue badge allowed us to park for free anywhere during our stay in Deauville. We will definitely visit again.

We did not find the bathroom to be safe enough for my husband whose mobility is reduced. The shower seat was not sturdy enough and we think that a wall mounted folding shower seat would be more appropriate as well as more grip bars (for both left and right handed people). Also we feel that the shower area could be fitted with non-slip floor material as the current floor was too slippery after a shower.

Breakfast should be included in room rate. So disappointing to come away on holiday and not be able to eat. Would have been lovely to eat on the top floor in the morning with a view. But no they want 45 euros for breakfast extra ! even though you have paid over 200 euros and the food is there anyway. This is the way these disgusting companies are operating now. All they care about is money not the guest experience or making guests happy. Absolutely scandalous

Rooms are standardized, clean, bright and ergonomical, well arranged, functional. The hotel is not far from sea shore. The morning breakfast at the restaurant l'étage is great in quantity and quality. This hotel is Way better hotel to sleep at than the fake 5 stars barriere le normandy

Smoking area is right at the entrance of the hotel next to the door, so yucky! Hotel has some restaurants but close early in the evening. Impossible to get food passed 9:30 pm.had no choice but to buy at hefty price some cheap sushi box on display since the previous morning .. L'étage head of staff is arrogant and restaurant is dirty.

Perfect modern hotel to stay, nice building. Very clean, everything is new. Location is super, across the road from the beach. Super view from the restaurant, exellent breakfast. My daughter liked playing area. I would like to come back.

The location is very very good, close to the bach for beach persons but also close to the centre point of the town, shops bars etc. The restaurant on the 5th floor is also very acceptable with a decent although small menu.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, almost clinical - not really aimed at The Brits - slight problems getting decent tea and milk in the room, fortunately I carry spare teabags.

the cleaning staff were so friendly in comparison to the reception staff. the cleaning staff always had a smile, said hello & were friendly. reception staff barely said hello, they could learn from the cleaning staff about a great customer experience

Staff were amazing and super helpful. The hotel, room and all the facilities were spotlessly clean which was fab! Location was super as it was opposite the beach and 3 minutes from the shops. We loved everything about Novohotel and the pool was perfect.

restaurant and outdoor terrace have limited service hours better add in-property snack store or vending machine as restaurant has limited operating hours.

Excellent modern hotel with great facilities including on site Sushi chef/bar ! Parking secure underground, restaurant excellent with good choice and superb food. Staff are brilliant and location is amazing, overlooking the beach.

The location of the hotel is great a 5 minute walk to the centre of Deauville, a few minutes from the beach.
