Recommendable hotel, good facilities with the pool and fitness/sauna. I had a room with small, equiped kitchen, so with a 5min walk to large supermarket you are good for some meals.

The toilets in fitness, but also in room were continuously running water. Notified staff and feel they followed-up, but both still dripped, probably need full replacements. I had a room which had a door to the attached room and it was quite noisy. Calling staff at 11pm fixed the issue first night. Same issue second night... Take into account that the bus to Geneva can be delayed/too full to get in. It will take you some time to get to Geneva.

Direct access to garden , ground floor , we stayed for the WDS in Geneva. The Palexpo is 5 mins away so this was perfect for us we stayed with three Newfoundland dogs ( 45-60Kgs ) so the Hotel / Apartment was Ideal. There is a supermarket & a Vets across the road , The breakfast was a buffet service every morning but very nice. Staff were happy & helpful , all in all a lovely stay

Room service a bit limited but nice all the same

Easy to find, close to the supermarket and the center of Geneva. Clean and decent room with small kitchenette that did everything it had to do. Beautiful swimming pool with wooden deck. Perfect to stay for a couple of days with kids while exploring the city.

Noise from street and airplanes, but we had a room on the front side of the building. Might be better in the back, but it didn't keep us from our sleep (I also suspect there's a time window where there are no planes flying near the hotel).

The property is located near the bust stop, easy to reach, and the restaurants in town are all within walking distance. The room had two work desks, and an equipped kitchenette - helpful for a hybrid work/fun stay.

The room is heated through the AC and it makes heat distribution uneven - we were often col with the AC blasting 25 degrees. Coffee ingredients for the room were provided the first morning but not refilled later.

The breakfast !

The constant noise. From the new construction around. The cars as it's along the main roads. The airport just in front of the hôtel. No restaurant service. Foods are available in the kitchen but it's brought by a deli. Served in jars ! Our bedroom had only a very small window and was so hot, we had to open the window even while we stopped the heat. The down on the bed is made of a synthetic fiber, i am quite sure of this and the body, then produce heat.

(Room 224, "One-Bedroom Apartment") The apartment has a simple but effective layout, with a balcony running along the entire length and access from both the living room and bedroom. Kitchen is small but very usable, has an elevated bar serving as a table. The pool is fantastic during summer months. The staff is exceptionally polite and friendly!

(Room 224, "One-Bedroom Apartment") The balcony overlooks a busy roundabout close to the border crossing, the noise levels in the evening might ruin an otherwise perfect dinner outside. The view of the mountains is great though.

It would have been helpful to have known in advance that the bus stop you give on your website (Ferney-Brunette) was not in operation, and that we needed to get off the bus at Ferney-Douane. I should have booked a room on the interior/courtyard/pool side of the hotel instead of on the street side, because the traffic noise and construction site noise were unpleasant.

Very Good Location, just outside the France/Swiss border, on a road always free. Allowed us to reach the parkig in the centre of Geneve in 20min max by car. Plenty of free parking onsite as well at any time. Huge size of the room (2 floors) with a terrace in each floor and a small kitchenette (small but with all needed provided)

Changed room for a small increase. Ground floor very near to pool. Was visiting friends but good bus service and stop right outside the door. Great market in Ferney on a Saturday and the Chateau Voltaire is well worth a visit.

Cannot find any faults at all. Staff so helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble.

The apartment was good, comfortable and clean. The folding beds in the living room are uncomfortable but nothing terrible. The pool is excellent. The staff is very friendly and professional. Towels were changed regularly. Excellent location near the bus station. We will come again.
