Big family room , so plenty of space , we only had a stopover for the ferry, after our ferry was cancelled due to French strike action. the room was very clean and tidy, and felt like it had been recently decorated .

There was nothing I disliked about the property . But I did dislike the fact that this Hotel did not show up in our search on Booking.com. We found it by a Google search. disappointed in that we booked another hotel that was totally unsuitable and moved to this hotel. Because we booked last minute we lost our money when cancelling our first hotel. so disappointed with Booking.coms search engine..

Excellent location for D-day sights plus the Caen ferry port. 24h reception and bar. Excellent breakfast - with nice coffee and many healthy options. Lots of free gated on site parking. Friendly staff. Room was more than adequate for one night: clean and everything working, albeit a fairly compact affair.

None - for an overnight pre-ferry stop it functioned very well. Spending more than one night would not have been unpleasant!

Coolest family hotel room ever! It's so hard to find a hotel room for a family of 5 but this one knocked it out of the park. Separate room for the kids & also separate rooms for shower & toilet. Hotel breakfast was amazing & the staff were kind & accommodating. Would go to Caen again just for this hotel!

Location is in a quiet area outside of the city center. We took the tram to get there but still had to walk about a kilometer.

We stayed in a family room, which had 2 rooms. Our children loved their room and bunk beds, and we enjoyed being able to have some time and space to ourselves in our room. Great location for us to use as a base to access different nearby areas - such as Honfleur, Deauville, and Ouistreham. Very handy to have a carpark at the hotel, with direct access to the building.

Best Value for this amount of money!Nice quite location 5 klm from the city with Free parking everyone was so much friendly with first the chief of the hotel,always with a smile to help if any needed.it was so nice and we were happy that we booked this hotel.

The breakfast was only a bit small(not many choices),otherwise it was perfect.

Conveniently located for ferry, attractions and access to road network for travel further afield. Excellent, efficient and helpful staff. Good quality breakfast and dinner and well stocked bar. Comfortable bedrooms.

Disappointing that dinner is not available on every day of the week, but economically understandable. The worst that I can say is the lift is cramped.

Good value for money and outstanding breakfast which puts many much more expensive hotels to shame. Secure parking in a nice quiet area of Caen.

Despite booking ages in advance a twin room none were available with shower but the friendly staff sorted out a family room which worked fine.

Easy to navigate to and plenty of parking. Room was spacious. Town centre is a 30-40 min walk although a taxi is €15. Caen is a mix of old and new and worth a visit if driving through or as a base for the Normandy WW2 battlefields. Hotel staff were friendly and informative.

Friendly staff, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable stay, wouldn't hesitate to stay again. We had a family suit which could sleep 5 in 4 beds, separate toilet and shower was great.

Nothing, great stay

Room was good and bed comfortable but the pillow was over inflated. Breakfast was served early and was excellent with lots of variety. Would stay here again.

Pillow was overstuffed or something--not comfortable. Would have appreciated having an option of softer pillow.
