B&B HOTEL Mulhouse Sausheim

stayed here several times under former management and always returned as it is well situated for a stopover on route from UK to Italy. good value and clean. under the new ownership we get an extra towel which is very welcome.

there is zero sound insulation between rooms. you can clearly hear people talking in the adjacent rooms. they are currently repainting the interior and exterior which is great, hopefully they can improve the acoustic insulation.

Excellent location close to the motorway. Supermarket, bakery and restaurant nearby. Very handy for an overnight stop. Good WiFi!

The double room ( was only two of us) was very small and had a third camp bed next to the double bed. There was hardly any space to squeeze past. We had the window open but it still felt quite claustrophobic.

The staff were excellent, nothing too much trouble. The beds very comfortable that envelop you for a quiet nights sleep. But most of all the cleanliness . Lots of lovely towels in the spotless bathroom. I would throughly recommend this hotel. It’s not ultra modern with high tec gadgets and impersonal service. But it welcoming in a faded way with all the comforts you could want. Headed by caring staff.

Breakfest not included in B&B hotel, was not fully clear when booking, however possibility to order in the morning, reportedly.

Convenient for a stop from the UK to Italy, good breakfast. They allowed us to check in an hour earlier. Clean

We had to single beds which were very narrow and uncomfortable. The room was tiny but o.k for one night . The bathroom also tiny and needs updating .

The late checkin procedure can be confusing because there was no clear indication about the room number in the key the've left to me. There should be someone available to help, even if it is by phone.

Quiet location. The hotel clerk who checked us in about 2pm did a great job of tracking where our missing luggage was and where we could retrieve it. Without his assistance we would never have known where it was.

Staff very friendly, the location is very good and the breakfast is better than expected. The room was spotless clean and the big advantage is that we could bring our dog along.

The room was very small but it's a 2 star hotel, so this is expected.

Very good organization exists in the hotel. Although I arrived later than the announced time, I very easily managed to get the key to the room through a device next to the front door. It was very comfortable means! The bed was comfy. Breakfast was great. In short, a very convenient hotel, parking and good location. I am very pleased.

No hairdryer in room. No kettle but there was a vending machine in the lobby. Suited our needs as we were just passing through .
